    Microwave repair

    Their technician Ilya is very polite with good knowledge of his Job. He quickly distinguished the problem of my microwave and fixed it ! I recommend this company to those have appliance problems.

    Clothes dryer repair.

    Drive components replaced in 20 yr old Kenmore electric clothes dryer. Found the company from Google search for "sears canada appliance repair", contacted online through their convenient portal; prompt reply and action: initial inspection, quote clear and concise, parts ordered, work completed promptly the same day parts arrived. Technician Ilya, polite, personable, efficient, businesslike. My whole experience was very satisfactory; I recommend this company.

    Install of overtherange microwave

    Ilya was great. Came in and got to work right away. Didnt take him to long and got everything install.

    Oven repair

    I wanted to thank Ilya and the team at Fix for their speedy response time and excellent service. We were in a pinch over the weekend after our oven stopped working, and the team was scheduled to visit midday Monday. We really appreciated Ilya and his friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

    Fixed motherboard in Amana dryer

    Fix appliances CA was very fast to answer my call and had a technician out ASAP. They followed up diligently as an organization and ensured I knew the quoted price, the final price for parts and labour and it was very easy to schedule my repair around my own work times. Yarik was my technician; he was especially fantastic. He was polite, informative, quick with his work and was all around very helpful while in my home. He made me feel very comfortable and I would highly highly recommend asking for him. He fixed my dryer in literally ten minutes by running around switching off the breakers and installing my new motherboard for my dryer comp very quickly and even put away my Internet router and Dyson afterwards to leave the room exactly how he found it. Great experience!

    The Manager contacted me to say they are ordering the part I need.

    UPDATE: The Coordinator contacted me to say that she had sourced the part I need and that they will install it at cost with service covered by what I paid. I am happy and looking forward to a working dishwasher! I called because I had not been able to find a part needed for my dishwasher. We had a lengthy friendly conversation. The coordinator assured me that f I sent photos pf the part needed, they would put it in my file and the technician would be aware./ He came out for the $100 service call and gaslit me the whole time about how I did not know how dishwashers worked and that I did not understand how the broken part worked. Nonetheless, at the end of the inspection he declared that I needed the part I had identified to the coordinator, in the photos and during the inspection. I explained that I had not been able to find the part. He gaslit me again at length about how I was not a professional like him, and of course, he would find the part. A day or so later I received a one-sentence email that the part could not be found. Of course, I was charged for the service. I feel mistreated because I started off the entire process trying to ascertain that they could find the part BEFORE I booked the home visit and wasted $100 and our time. FixAppliances.ca were more interested in collecting money than solving a problem for a customer.

    Kenmore Dryer Repair

    Very happy with response time and service. Resulting repair was as expected as it had been noted as likely requirement on previous repair documentation from 2020. Tech was very polite and friendly. Area was left in clean condition. Only issue was labour charge and I will take responsibility for not getting that fully clarified or in writing up front (as the repair was being done immediately, I did not get a written quote, only verbal).

    Fixed my oven, washer, and microwave

    Fix Appliances has repaired 3 of our appliances so far. They're diligent, professional, and so far very good at their jobs. Response time was great. The techs kind and explained everything clearly and simply. When they learned I'm an engineer, they enjoyed explaining the details off their work. Very knowledgeable folks.
