    Arrived on time with correct part & promptly corrected the problem. Cleaned up & tested machine successfully.

    Fix Miele dishwasher

    Replace water system hose w solenoid, diagnosed problem, recommended fix and part ,called Miele together for the part, showed up on time called half hour before as promised did excellent job!

    Strange Motor Noice

    Our Neptune Maytag washer recently broke down after 10+ years. It had stopped working in the middle of a wash cycle. We had had some experience with Fix Appliances just a month prior to repair our dryer which was not heating. (Yes, folks...they break down together!) We were very satisfied with their professionalism and their work. Their response was prompt and Oleg, the technician, was polite and informative. Upon arrival, he examined the machine, found the problem, repaired and cleaned his work space afterwards. It turns out that our son had left a small pebble in his pocket and it had made its way into the machine's pump, blocking it and damaging it as well. Oleg changed the pump and tested the machine several times.

    Dryer making a horrible metal rubbing noise

    I received a telephone call back within 10 minutes of placing my service request. The technician was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it. After playing telephone tag with other repair companies, or not even receiving a return call from them, we know now who we will call from now on. We definitely recommend Fix Appliances, you will not be disappointed!

    Kenmore dryer - making squealing noise

    Called and came out same day, provided an accurate estimate. Work performed was professional and courteous. I would recommend them.

    Washer

    Appliance repair done right! I called FixAppliances when I needed some repair on my laundry system. After calling many other appliance repair shops I found Oleg at FixAppliances. He provided the best solution and great service.
