Fridge Repair
I submitted an online request late at night. First thing the next morning the office called and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Technician arrived on time and did not waste any time diagnosing the issue. Fridge was making a really loud noise coming from inside the doors. I thought it was a fan getting stuck. The technician quickly diagnosed the matter as a worn out damper, he also showed me the worn out part. The part was not a regular stock item so he would have to come back. Within one day the part was in and the office called to schedule the fix. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We were really impressed! Thanks again!

KitchenAid builtin oven broil element replacement
I contacted Fix Appliances when my built-in oven stopped working and their response was instant. They were able to provide me with an appointment and estimate the same day. Technician showed up on time, gave me a prompt diagnose and fixed the problem quickly. I am totally satisfied with the service provided by Fix Appliances and will refer them to friends and family!

Washer repair
First time I have used this company and office staff was professional and thorough explaining potential costs. Service technician arrived in time period promised. Technician diagnosed problem and completed repair during the visit. My premises were left clean and I was able to use washer immediately. Highly recommend Fix Appliances.

We received service on our dryer (new motor) and stove top and the problem was fixed . The serviceman was very knowledgable and customer service oriented. Dedicated to his craft.
The response time was immediate. The service tech was friendly and very knowledgable. The down time of both of the appliances we had serviced was minimal. Obvious that this company is dedicated to customer service. We would highly recommend. We wouldn't call any one else! Thank you!

Received refund
Was initially not satisfied having to pay for service for no repair work. But was conducted by customer service which offered a refund. Thanks Fix appliance customer service for offering a refund.

Fridge and oven repair
Fix Appliances were very quick and very knowledgeable about our appliances. They were extremely customer friendly by explaining what was wrong and how they can fix the issue. On both occasions, they fixed our appliances on the spot. Would definitely recommend.

LG dryer
My LG front loading dryer started making a terrible screeching noise. I dreaded calling a repairman you pay for the hassle of a diagnosis only to learn you have to buy a replacement. It's never a treat, but it sure helps to have a good service experience! The "Fix Appliances CA" technician was punctual and professional. He diagnosed and explained the problem, gave an estimate, and replaced the idler pulley on the spot. I appreciated being able to use the promo coupon. I will definitely use them again.

Samsung washer repair
I called to have my Samsung Washer repaired. The appointment availability was next day which was great. Oleg the repair technician was very nice and explained clearly what the problem was and what need to be fixed. Oleg said that there is a part that there is a needed to be ordered and will contact me again to schedule an appointment to have part installed. I was very surprised that he called me back the same day telling me he has the part and if I was available for him to replace the part and complete the job that needed to be done. A couple hours later it was all done and my washer works perfectly! I would definitely use the company again

Washing machine repair
Extremely quick service appt ( same day) from first call. Walked me through service fee and expectations prior to appt. booking Very courteous fast and knowledgeable . Showed me how things get stuck and made suggestions based on my model. Had a quick question after appt and they were very attentive and quick to respond Thank you

Washing Machine Repair
The technician was very timely and our machine was fixed however I was very unhappy that the time estimated to fix the machine was greatly overestimated. I agreed to the quote of $250 because I was given the impression that the job was much larger than it turned out to be. Charging me $250 for 30 minutes of work is outrageous not to mention an additional $250 for the part. $500 to change the front door gasket on a machine I paid $1200 for 4 years ago feels like a bit of a rip off. Lesson learned. I doubt I would recommend this company.
