Got it working on same day
Fixed the fridge the same day of booking. Oleg was pleasure to deal with. Performed the repair fast and cleaned the mess. He gave a few maintenance recommendations, which was good too. The fridge problem was unexpected, so the repair cost was unexpected too. But had to get it fixed and was glad that it was done fast. Will recommend. Tnx.

Dishwasher repair
Within 24 hours our appliance was fixed with the proper Miele part ....before he did the repair he explained the problem and all costs to fix it...we would not hesitate to call them for any future appliance repair.

Oven Repair
After turning on my self clean oven it caught on fire and stopped working. I was sure that we would have to incur the cost of a new appliance but took the risk of calling for service first. Turns out this was a great decision. Oleg came promptly the day after my call, diagnosed the problem quickly and returned to complete the repair in just a few days. And the cost was more than reasonable! Will use this company for all my appliance problems in the future!

Oven repair
The technician was friendly, diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it without additional parts or costs involved. Happy with the service and nice to have the oven working properly again!

Washing machine repair
My washing machine broke on the long weekend and someone came on the holiday Monday. There was no extra charge with it being a holiday. The part was ordered and fixed by Thursday of that week. The problem was explained throughly to me. This company is very helpful and customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Oven repair
My broken oven was Diagnosed and fixed within 5 days, thank you so much! Cheaper than buying a new stove that's for sure.

Washing machine
Thankyou Fix Appliances for being there and helping out. I am at a loss of words to praise the company and the people who make it such a great one... From the word go it was a pleasure to talk to diana .... Kind, attentive, helpful, understanding are just a few words which describe my first interaction with her... Excellent customer service and response time. Accommodative to my schedule and big on a win win situation... Moving forward Olig was just incredible.. A new level of customer service and satisfaction for sure... Helped me all the extras... I will forever remember all the help he offered Thankyou Fix Appliances ... Im glad to have someone to rely on whenever one of my household appliances give up on me... I wish i could meet diana in person just to tell how thankful i am

. Repair dish washer
What a great experience to deal with FIX. Initial contact for service was very polite and positive. Appointment time was prompt and timely. Service repair person (Oleg) was extremely efficient and knowledgeable to assess the problem and subsequently order parts and repair. His work was efficient, neat and tidy. We are very pleased with the work and have already mentioned this company to our friends. We will not hesitate to request repair service again if and when required. Appliance repair
Repair of water dispenser on fridge. Original part had worn out. Diagnosis was fast and accurate and the repair was carried out quickly.
