Overpriced Repairs with Short-Lived Results
I had a technician from this company come out to repair my dryer seven months ago due to the drum not rotating. The technician diagnosed the problem as a slipping timing belt and recommended replacing it along with a few other related components. Although the repair cost was quite highmore than half the price of a new dryerI was assured that the fix would be long-lasting.
Unfortunately, just seven months later, my dryer stopped working again, showing the same issue. When I contacted the company to explain the situation, they informed me that their warranty only covers 90 days, and the only solution they offered was to send another technicianat full cost to diagnose and repair the problem.
I find it unacceptable to spend more than half the cost of a new dryer on a repair that did not last, with no reasonable recourse from the company. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

While we understand your frustration, the warranty period has unfortunately passed.
