    Dishwasher install

    My brand new dishwasher did not come with an electrical plug or source. My installer drove to Rona and purchased one so that he could continue with the job. I was amazed that there were still hardworking people out there that were willing to go the extra mile for a single mom. Thanks Fix Appliances Barrie!!

    Replace pump on GE Profile Dishwasher

    The repairman's first visit was to establish the problem with the dishwasher and determined that the pump was no longer working and could not drain the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. The dishwasher is 10 years old so they had to special order the part to replace the pump. The repair person ordered it immediately. I was informed that the part would be back ordered since they no longer carried the old part in stock. I was then contacted about a week or so later to confirm the part came in and to arrange installation. The repairman was always on time and was a neat worker and friendly. My only criticism of the repairman was that when he was installing the new part, he spent almost the entire time talking on the phone via his headset. My concern is that it may have taken him longer since he was talking on the phone and not solely concentrating on the installation. That is not to say that he is not an excellent repairman, it is just that I did not think it very professional for him to be talking on the phone during the installation. He was very polite and answered all of my questions.

    Washing machine not working/draining - older model

    Ilya came by on time and was very professional and fixed the unit within the hour and also gave us tips on how to maintain. He didn’t a clean for no charge. Would definitely recommend him and Fix’s service anytime

    Washing Machine Repair

    My washing machine was up and running again within 24 hours where others would have been 1-4 weeks. It was a little pricey but if you need a quick repair, they were knowledgeable and had many parts with him. Friendly, informative service person.

    Not trustworthy

    I don't recommend this business, not trust worthy. They components from my old dishwasher to install the new dishwasher. Also, Oleg installed my gas range, he told me he would use a new gas hook up but didn't and tried to get away with it, I noticed he didn't use new hook-up and called him out on it. If you're purchasing items from Brick/Leons get their techs to do the install, you'll rest assured knowing they did the job right and didn't cut corners trying to rip you off on a $20 gas hose to endanger your family.

    Replace a part in the dishwasher

    Dima from start to finish was very professional. He explained to us what the problem was and how exactly he will fix it. He was extremely kind and made sure that we understood everything that was going on. It was a pleasure having him help us and if we have any issues going forward I hope that we get to work with him again!

    dishwasher leaking

    I can highly recommend Dima . He arrived at our door on time, and got to work immediately to diagnose the problem.. He found that the hose was kinked, and had worn though. He ordered the part and arrived back a few days later to install it. Fix appliances was the only company that said they would fix a blomberg dishwasher. We really lucked out with Dima! I am very pleased with this company. Shani was my first contact and she found answers for my questions and kept me informed re: parts. I would /have already recommended this company to others.. I will request Dima again if we need another service call in the future, Thanks, the dishes are clean and its even more quiet than before..

    Dryer

    Whirlpool Washing machine

    My washing machine was leaking and I called fix appliances and got an appointment . The technician came on time the next day and assessed the part and provided an estimate . After our approval he replaced the parts and finished the work in less than an hour ! The washer is working great, no more leakages. Thank you Fix Appliances.
