    Fix fridge

    Dima came on time was friendly and helpful and he did a great job of explaining what was wrong and the various options available. Fridge is now working well. A job well done!

    Dryer

    Fridge repair

    Our technician Dima, was very accurate, and knowledgeable on how to troubleshoot what the issue was, and "fixed" the problem. His guide lines and time frame for the services were on point. We are more than satisfied with the service at Fix Appliances, we would definitely recommend there services to anyone in need of an appliance repair!

    washing machine nightmare

    Called about problem with washing machine. Got quoted a price and that it would be 3 days for part to come in. Gave $100 deposit. 5 days later nothing. Called and they said they couldn't get the part from one place - going to another. 3 days later nothing - so frustrated. Called again and said I needed it fixed. Arrived to fix it on Day 10. Paid $225.00 more for part and service. Told there may be further issues some time later on but good for now. Did a load of laundry...lots of noise. Did one more load and same that was wrecked initially was worse now. Called and they said they would give a quote to fix what was wrong now. No quote. Called again and quote finally came in $960.00 (along with the initial problem $325.00) WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW MACHINE!!! Would never recommend or use this company again! Hopefully others don't have the same headache, frustration, disappointment and loss of money like we did!!!

You contacted our company for the estimate to replace the rubber seal on your washing machine only and you refused the diagnostics. We provided you with the quote and you agreed. Our technician arrived and installed the rubber seal without diagnostics as agreed. Our technician verbally warned you that if something else wrong with the appliance he wouldn't know since you decided that you need only rubber seal replacement and refused the diagnostics. Some people decide to avoid a professional diagnostics and think they know exactly what the issue is, unfortunately they are not always right as the situation with you.     Washer

    Fixed washing machine first time with proper quote excellent work. Finished in a timely manner and was very polite.

    Washer/dryer repair

    I was very pleased with the work Dima did today on my washer and dryer. He gave my aging appliances new life, and do so with professional efficiency. I have no hesitation in recommending FIX Appliances.

    Dryer Repair

    Excellent service. Arrived on time. Effeicient and thorough. Personal and well dressed. Information of the problem was translayed confirming expertise. This was a completely stressfree interaction from the first phone call to booking to trouble shooting to finish. Highly recommend this company. The technician was excellent with his knowledge and skill.

    Dryer repair

    Dryer stopped working, proved that control panel board was fried, whole new control panel was ordered and installed.

    Gas Oven repair

    The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He provided me with an explanation of the work required that was easy to understand and I felt he was actually interested in doing the best job for us that he could. He seemed like someone who likes their job and that translates to a job well-done. I would highly recommend this company in future.
