    Wash machine repair

    Nikolay was amazing, quickly diagnosed the problems on his first visit, immediately ordered the broken part, and a few days later, replaced it just as efficiently on his second visit. He made sure everything was working, and even went out of his way and fixed a few minor unrelated problems on the washer and dryer. I would not hesitate to use Fix Appliances Ca again.

    Efficient, friendly and educational

    Nick from Fix Appliances was very friendly, fast and efficient with our stove top repair job. He was also very helpful in educating me a bit our other appliances, which came with the house and I knew little about! Thanks Nick!

    repair my dryer

    This company responded fast to my request, and made arrangement for the technician to my rescue. Technician Sergei was great. He's knowledgeable, responsible, professional and reliable. I will definitely call this company again for my other appliances repair.

    repairs to dishwasher was acceptable. Repairs to cook top was exceptional.

    As I said above, the Dishwasher repair man really did not know what he was doing it took 3 1/2 hours to replace a pump ( 3 hours too long) The repairman for the stove top knew his business and everything was done expediently, courteously and with knowledge.

    Service Over and Above

    Our service technician, Nikolai, spent almost 10 hours here to make sure our fridge was repaired properly. After finishing the original repair in around 4 hours he discovered an additional problem that was very difficult to fix and spent 6 more hours, until almost 2 in the morning, to make sure it was done correctly and that we would have a functioning fridge. This was all without charging us one extra dollar over the original price for the original repair. Fantastic service which I would highly recommend to anyone. Nikolai is the man!!

    Quick, great help and communication. Would totally recommend to use Nick!

    Nick was polite, knowledgeable, fast and priced well. Highly recommend. He called ahead and got the part needed in advance vs two trips. Quick and easy.

    Washer and dryer repair

    This was my second time using Fix Appliances, and I would definitely recommend them. Our washer and dryer had both been giving us problems; the washer wasn't draining properly, and the dryer was getting very noisy. Communication to set up a time for the technician to visit was excellent and professional. The technician, Ilya, was very polite, professional, and on-time. He took the time to explain the issues with the washer and dryer, and why they likely happened. He even took a look at my built-in microwave that was not operating well and gave me an opinion on what could be done. I would recommend Fix Appliances, and I will definitely continue to use them again when needed.

    Excellent service

    Excellent service on our Miele wall oven. The repairman, Ilya, was punctual, professional and courteous. The company had to send to Germany for parts and that took some time but all along the way they kept us informed about the progress. Reasonable rates and reliable. Highly recommended.
