    LG Washing Machine Repair

    Fix Appliances CA was very professional right from the start. When I called their office they outlined all the processes/service costs etc. Their tech service rep, Eric, arrived on time and conducted all the repairs efficiently and in a timely manner. He even offered some care tips so as to avoid future problems! Thank you, Eric and Fix Appliances!

    Blomberg Fridge Repair

    My refrigerator wasn't cold enough, and the manufacturer asked me to reach out to Fix Appliances Ca since they are an authorized repair shop. The technician came and gave me a diagnosis same day. Later on, I had a question, and they sent another technician over without charging me. Great service.

    Oven repair

    In one word my experience with FixAppliances was outstanding. I contacted them with a broken oven. I booked after the initial conversation with an agent via online chat. She answered all my questions and concerns(there were many, because I had bad history with an untruthful service in the past). A technician Roman came in for the inspection. He was super polite, tidy and patient. Turned out that a part needed was out of stock everywhere. Roman took care to check with a supplier and found the part in one week! Kudos to the whole team for the great customer service all the way from initial conversation to complete work. Will recommend to anyone

    Dima is the best!!

    Our dishwasher needed repair and I was nervous about a technician coming during Covid. Dima was so kind and respectful and did everything I asked to make my anxiety go away. He explained clearly and patiently about the parts that needed replacing and gave me a quote and his best advice. It's now been a week since his visit and our dishwasher works perfectly again and we are left with gratitude that it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you!!

    Refrigerator service

    LG Refrigerator (7 Year old)

    Thanks to Vladimir, he fixed my 7 year old LG refrigerator. Warranty was almost over and he worked his magic to get the parts needed to get the refrigerator working. He laid out his tools and equipment on a mat and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly and courteous. Contacted me later to ensure the refrigerator was working properly. I should get another 5 years out of the fridge now! The cost was for the service, yes it is high but it was worth it since the cost of a new refrigerator would be 5x more.
