    Condo oven

    Fix appliances responded to my inquiry quickly, showed up tothe appointment on time and were incredibly knowledgeable. My technician was friendly and helpful- he was able to diagnose and repair my oven in less than 30 minutes! Wonderful, reliable service I would recommend to anyone!

    Washing machine repair - LG

    Washing machine was not working. I called Fix Appliances today and Was able to get a technician to come out on the same day to look at my machine. Dima Was the technician that came to my house. He was very courteous and explained every step of the way what the problem was. He was professional and polite and was able to fix the problem the same day.. Turns out the water pump drain motor was broken. Luckily he carried the part and was able to fix it same day. I was so glad I didn't have to wait for the part to be ordered. Dima's service was beyond my expectations. I would recommend using this company and I would request Dima. The price I paid was for labor and parts

    Miele stovetop fan

    They were Super efficient and courteous. Arrived on time. Explained stuff to me. They were great. Followed all Covid protocol so I felt very safe. I Would highly recommend them.

    Technicians clearly have no idea what they are doing

    UPDATE: This company has responded to my review and is choosing to go the route of "sorry we do not have you in the system, please reach out blah blah". I have attached the print screen of the ESTIMATE provided by this company as a proof of service to vindicate any "system error" excuse being used. The estimate clearly shows your number, your company name, and your website. Nice try. Technician completely unprofessional. Arrived an hour early. Spent over 1.5 hours "diagnosing" the issue and would not pick up my calls, text me back or even call me to communicate what was going on when I am the owner of the unit and the tenant was there just to show him up to the unit. Received an outrageous quote a few days later almost $600 to fix a locked laundry door. The laundry machine cost around $800 brand new... I called the manufacture to confirm each part written on the quote as well as the pricing. On the quote the technician attempted to charge me for parts that were clearly NOT required for the fix or even related to the issue at all, which clearly shows how this guy has no idea what he is doing and he's just trying to figure it out as he goes. Paid $89 for someone just to come in and pretend they have any idea what they are doing.

    Not Sure What I Paid For…

    I emailed to have my fridge looked at as there is a continuous loud buzzing sound and part of the inside were warm at times. I received a call the next day to set up the time for a technician to come. I was told the technician would arrive between 2:00pm and 4:00pm…the technician called around 3:00pm and said he could not come until around 5:00pm. At 5:06 I called the technician, very unprofessional didn’t really say anything and I kept introducing myself to let him know who I was and when he would get to my house. he told me 3 minutes and then 15 went by so I called the main number to complain. When he finally arrived he didn’t really speak much to me…just a lot of mhmm. I asked him if the humming sound was normal and he ignored the question. These reviews say that the technicians are so helpful and walk them through the whole process yet….I got the complete opposite. after about 10 maybe 15 minutes he said “your compressor is the problem” mind you he hadn’t taken out the fridge, hadn’t looked at the compressor, the ONLY thing he did was unscrew something in the freezer and thats about it. I asked how do you know it’s the compressor and again, not much information from him. I said how much will it cost and he said around $1000!!!!! This is a Electrolux slim fridge. If I bought a new one it would be $1000…I said that’s not possible and his response was “the compressor is very expensive, the most expensive part of the fridge. I went online and a compressor for my fridge would be $389….so how did he come up with $1000 you ask?!?! I’m not sure, they still haven’t told me. I still don’t have a clear reason what the issue is with my fridge and based on this “diagnostic” I’m not really confident in his work. In the end I was charged $89 for someone to come to my house and look inside my fridge.

    Stove repair

    The guy who did the repair was excellent, but as pensioners on a small income we had an issue with the office. We were not told about the $30 coupon up front then when we called about it we were told we had to book the appointment on line. We are old people, we don’t do anything on line. After some resistance to having the job done by you, we were given the discount. If you would tell people about the discount on first contact, it would have been a pleasant experience, but instead it was a lot of aggravation and now we are not sure if we would use you again. The discount coupon really helped, because the cost was a lot of money to us. Maybe a policy change would help, and also create more business.

    Professional and Knowledgeable Technicians

    I had two Appliances that were on the fritz. My washer was zapped by a power surge ( second time) and our Dishwasher needed some kind on spring kit for the door ans our hose cracked. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, I would recommend him personally. I will be a loyal customer since the prices were fair and it’s so great having people knowing exactly what they are doing.

    Refrigerator repair

    Our fridge was quickly fixed by the repairman Dima. He was very polite and explained every step he took to diagnose the problem and to make the repair.
