    Good service, able to handle old appliances

    Fix appliances provided great communication and efficient service. They were able to service our 22 year old Jenn Air oven with one of their expert technicians. I would highly recommend them for your kitchen appliance needs!

    Dryer

    We have use your company before and we're very pleased with both jobs which you did. Your tech's are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The job turned out to be a simple fix and the price of the job was reflected in this fact. I would highly recommend your company to anybody that wants to have peace of mind that they are in good hands.

    Oven repair

    Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Prompt service. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends. Service call was made on Christmas morning just in time to cook the turkey

    Duct Cleaning

    Lloyd was so thorough with cleaning my ducts. He explained everything to me as he went along cleaning my vents. He took pictures of the ducts before and after so I could actually see how dirty it was. He spent 3 hours and took his time to ensure my ducts were clean. I have a husky so there was a lot of hair build up. Im extremely satisfied with the integrity of his work. I will absolutely recommend his services to anyone who requires professional duct cleaning. Im glad I found him on home stars and I will always be his client from now on. Thank you Lloyd for a great job

    Fantastic company and service

    They are pricier than their competitors but it’s worth it. The staff are accessible, attentive, polite and efficient. They are knowledgeable and come when they are scheduled to arrive! Thank you to Ilya for your initial assessment and then final installation of the new parts to our oven and dryer.

    Fridge Repair

    I recently contacted Fix Appliances to repair my fridge and I can’t say enough good things about them. From the initial call to the completion of service, their customer service was awesome. Many thanks to the amazing appliance technician, Eduard, who came out to fix my fridge on his day off. Wow!! He acted with a sense of urgency once the replacement part came in and promptly came over to repair my fridge. Eduard was very polite and professional. Thanks for the A++ service!!

    Microwave Repair

    Our built-in over the range micro quit. Fix appliances sent Ilya to repair it. He had to remove the unit, make the repair and then replace the unit. In total, he was here almost three hours. His dilligence and focus were much appreciated. Thanks to Ilya and Fix appliances, our kitchen is now back to normal. The 'bonus' of having the diagnostic fee applied to the repair cost was really appreciated.

    Gas oven

    Our gas oven stopped working right before the holidays. A technician was able to come by right away. Ilya was professional, courteous and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the oven igniter and also checked out the rest of the stove. Ilya took the time to explain the problem, was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We would definitely use the service again and request Ilya in the future.

    Fix Samsung dryer due to rattling sound

    The dryer had a rattling sound during the cycle. Sergey K. came to diagnose problem and I was so satisfied with his service.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Had a issue with my washing machine that prevented it from working. at all Ilya from Fix appliances did a quick analysis identified the problem and once the part was received did a thorough job fixing the issue as well as a couple other things that were not part of the original estimate but did not add to the cost. I am very happy with the quality of work that Ilya did and would recommend him for any repairs.
