    The technician, whose name was Dmitry, was punctual, professional and upfront with possible options for this work. No wasted time. Provided quick diagnostic and repair. Suggested other measures to improve dryer's performance. Will recommend this firm.

    Dryer repair

    Dima arrived on time both visits and was extremely professional and courteous. Dima explained everything he did and what needed to be done as well as tested dryer prior to leaving. Excellent service!

    Fixed my clothes dryer

    Arrived on time and diagnosed everything. Being a fairly new dryer it was a bit of a puzzle. They solved the issue and I’m very happy

    Repaired squeaky dryer damaged pulley. Professional. Explained problem and how to prevent in future. Explained all costs involved.

    Waste water pipe busted leaking. I had a spare, so it was replaced. All good.

    Washer repair

    Dima was absolutely incredible! His customer service, transparent communication and timely repair was much appreciated and made this such an easy interaction. He was respectful and wore a face mask the whole time and provided some great teaching in how to prevent this situation from happening again with our washing machine. Would definitely recommend Dima!
