The diagnosis and the repair were done properly on September 21st, 2019, your Sub Zero fridge was tested by our technician and was working properly and had no issues. You called us almost a year later with similar issues on your Sub Zero Fridge and we have to send our technician for diagnostics to check what exactly needs to be done in order to repair your fridge since it might be different faulty part or parts, almost a year later it must be diagnosed. Our customer service representative explained you the way our service works, we do not charge a service call fee for the diagnostics if you proceed with the repair if you don't proceed with the repair, in that case, it is $79 and not $275 as you mentioned.
