The customer service manager tried contacting you via phone to discuss and resolve any issues you may have with the service, technician, etc . . .
Unfortunately, we did not get through and left you a voice message in hopes you would return the call.
With that being said, unlike other companies, we do not charge per hour so there is no reason for our technician to sit and waste both yours and his time, especially on a very busy schedule.
The amount you paid is the amount discussed for the service call fee which is done over the phone prior to booking the appointment.
We are proud to say we have a lot of satisfied customers who leave excellent reviews on Homestars as well as return to our company for their future repairs.
We apologize you feel strongly about the service and hopefully, we are able to resolve this issue in the near future.
