    Refrigerator repair

    Thank you to the technician Dima He was very profesional who clearly explained me what was wrong with my refrigerator. Presenting me the solution without pressuring me to decide I found the service excellent I definitely recommend this company and I will use them in the future

    Washer repair

    We recently moved into a new home and the washer was clogged and wouldn't drain properly. I called Fix Appliances on Friday night and someone was able to come the next day. The technician, Dima, was great he came prepared with the parts for our washer. We needed to replace the drain pump motor in the washer and after explaining to us what work was needed, Dima worked quickly, was tidy and very friendly. All in all we got our washer fixed less than 24 hours after we called, I was very impressed with the company and with Dima. I will definitely be going to them if I have any other appliance issues in the future.

    Washing Machine repair

    I had to pay for a door lock replacement which wasn't the actual problem with the machine, so I definitely felt like I overpaid. I appreciated that the technician went above and beyond within the space (fixing a leaking pipe), but I also felt like I was treated differently for being a young woman and I certainly didn't appreciate that.

    fridge repair

    Technician explained the inner workings of all the coils and explained what he was doing at each step, and was very thorough in completing the service.

    Refrigerator repair

    Were having a problem with the fridge cooling and the technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Good cleanup afterwards and explained things as he went along. Would use again and highly recommend for others.

    Dryer was not working

    Dima was very knowledgeable and a good worker. Explanation of what was not working and why some parts had to be replaced. Dryer sound and how it now works hasn’t been this good for a while. Same day service was great. Thanks, fix appliance and Dima!
