    Fridge Repair

    Fix Appliance Repair answered my online request promptly with a phone call and scheduled their repairman, Dima, to come within a couple of hours. He came right on time, assessed the problem and clearly explained repair options. Dima even had the repair part necessary in his truck, so we didn’t have to wait for another service call. Dima was respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. He had fixed the fridge problem within a couple of hours. It is very rare to meet a service technician like Dima, who not only has the skill and knowledge to do an outstanding job, but has wonderful integrity and honesty in trying to help his customer by putting himself in their shoes and offering the best solutions in his judgement. What a pleasure it was to deal with Dima and his company!

    Fridge repair

    My ice maker was not working on my fridge. Called Fixappliances and they sent a technician out same day. Dima called for the model number and confirm the reason for the call. He arrived and immediately assessed the situation. He took the time to explain what the problem could be and a course of action. He was polite and efficient. He even cleaned the floor where the fridge lived as I couldn’t squeeze into the space! He predicted the replacement part and had it with him. The fridge was up and running in an hour. I would certainly recommend the Company and the Technician.

    Laundry machine repair

    The work was done time efficiently and the repairman was very polite, helpful and already had the parts equiped so we did not have to wait to order new parts.

    Washing machine repair

    Dima was extremely thorough in repairing our washing machine. He was professional and courteous in the way he approached the service call and wanted to make sure he understood the issue and made sure it was fully resolved. I would highly recommend fix appliances and Dima.

    Refrigerator repair

    The service technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. The repair was completed same day and was hassle free. Questions were asked before appointment to make sure technician was prepared and limited my time commitment. This was greatly appreciated.

    Dryer - Rollers & Belt Replaced

    Dima the service technician arrived on time and was very professional. He checked the dryer and then provided me with 2 quotes for the likely cause of the noise he heard. Once apart, Dima knew the problem and corrected as per the quote. I would recommend Fix Appliances after this positive experience.

    Fridge Repair

    Fridge water dispenser had a leak in the hose due to a crack. Repair Technician was super friendly and quickly fixed the problem. First time using the service and very satisfied!

    Fixed my freezer/fridge

    Good job. Still waiting to see if it worked. But friendly service. It was a hard job of trying to remove ice build up from the back of the freezer. He was patient.

    Miele Dishwasher Repair

    Our Miele Incognito dishwasher was signalling a "Drain/Intake" error and after investigating and doing what I could, I needed someone with expertise. Dima from Fix Appliances arrived on time, investigated the issue, explained what he would do and got my agreement. I'm very happy with Fix Appliances and Dima, and would happily recommend them to others, and I will certainly call them again if the need arises.

    Refrigerator repair.

    I called on a Sunday re fridge not working. They answered immediately and set up an ASAP appointment. Dima was the technician appointed to us and he called to ask about the type and make of the fridge so that he could bring correct rools tools and parts etc. He arrived on time and fixed the fridge in under 2 hours leaving no mess even though he had to empty the fridge. He was able to fix it at the first visit because he had all the correct parts. He also noticed another problem and showed it to me & explained why it mattered and offered to fix it too. He came back a second time with the part required to fix this extra problem - again on time. He explained all problems clearly to me as he went along and didn’t talk down to me. He was transparent about costing and got my approval for any costs in advance. There were no hidden charges and the cost of the initial home visit & assessment was deducted from the repair fee instead of being added to it. Dina was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and efficient and left our kitchen looking as clean as it was it was before he arrived. I’m 60 and have never had such an excellent experience with any home service before so I would recommend them as a 10 out of 10 company.
