    Stove burner not working

    The technician you sent out was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and came back with the parts within a couple of days. I was very happy with the service call.

    Dryer

    My dryer didn’t heat.......then it made another noise he came back to fix my dryer now everything works great I would recommend this company to others. Thanks so much for the great service.

    Dryer repair

    The rollers needed to be replaced on my dryer, Dima was the service person who did the work.He explained what needed to be done and also showed me the broken rollers.Also cleaned my dryer from lint because the pipe was off.Dima was very professional and polite and also made me laugh I would use this service again

    Very qualified

    Denys came to repair my washer, he did an amazing job, was very friendly and made the whole experience very very good. He even fixed my closet door on the way out. I’m very very happy and will definitely use the company again because of him.

    microwave repair

    Our older microwave stopped working. The tech checked the fuse and it was burned out. We replaced it and the microwave is working perfectly. We know this is always the case. Often there is a different fault may blow the fuse. We got lucky. We were happy with the service charge as well. All good.

    Great technician, office so-so

    Overall very happy with the service. I don't give them 5 stars because of the office / reception which had two major flaws: 1) I was promised the replacement part in 6 days and when it had not shows up at the end of 6 days, the office was frantically trying to locate it. 2) The billing was confusing and it took 4 calls to the office to finally speak to someone who could explain how it was calculated. One of the office staff lost her temper on me. The person that in the end was able to explain the billing to me was not the office staff, it was the technician!

    dishwasher repair

    Dishwasher wouldn't drain. Technician came out to check it and diagnosed it. Parts were ordered and everything put back in place and thank goodness the dishwasher is working again!

    Washing Machine Repair

    I am new to the GTA and was having a problem with my washing machine. Dima from Fix Appliances was extremely helpful, courteous and understanding. I would highly recommend him and Fix for all your repair needs :)
