I wanted to replace my old entry door with sidelight and sliding patio door. They were very old and terribly inefficient. I got quotes from a few companies (some even visited and never got back to me). Speyside (Ryan) listened to what was important to me and quickly gave me a detailed quote that was to my liking. After I chose Speyside there was good communication up to and including the day of the install. During the manufacturing process Speyside called to notify me of Covid related supply issues and we agreed upon a solution. The day of the install went smoothly. The install team (Matt and the other Ryan) were courteous, professional and good communicators. They explained to me in detail what was done. There was even a small problem with the patio door. They contacted the manufacturer and it was quickly fixed the next day with a small adjustment. Everything was cleaned up after. Thank you Speyside, I am happy with my nice looking new doors.

Speyside did an excellent job helping us design and install our new front door. Installers were efficient and skilled. Any questions we had were responded to quickly.. We would highly recommend Speyside.

Very high quality windows and an excellent installation. We are very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of the installers. We were very concerned with allowing people in our house due to COVID but the installers followed all of our requests and we felt very safe. I will use them for any future installations that we have.

Ryan (one of the two ;) actually showed up as scheduled back in February to give me a detailed quote, unlike others I'd called. He listened carefully to what I wanted and patiently devised and explained a best-fit solution. By comparison, others either didn't quote or didn't even try to offer a solution to keep my existing cladding in place on one of the two windows. And Speyside had the better price anyway, so it was a no-brainer for me. But I didn't act until almost six months later when the company was quite busy with summer installs. Still, they honored my quote (thanks for that!), scheduled the install, showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. A stress-free, positive experience and it all came out looking great. I've already recommended them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Great job guys, thanks again! Patrick M.

Had Speyside come out to inspect and quote 7 windows for a project. They were on time, courteous and professional. Answered all of our questions with no pressure or sales tactics. Very competitive pricing, realistic timing and high quality product. After considering four other quotes from other window companies we decided Speyside was the right choice. We were right. After signing the contract they told us they would be about 8 weeks from order to install and they kept to their word. They called about 7 weeks later and arranged a time and a date and kept to their schedule. One day install, although they booked two just in case. The windows are now installed and look amazing.
