    Complete home window renovation

    My parents had all their windows replaced this spring and Ryan and Speyside Windows did the work. Ryan was very informative and easy to talk with. The work was well done and in a timely manner. We are very happy with the windows themselves as well as the finishing work on the inside. We have had many compliments and would recommend Ryan and his team anytime!

    New custom window install

    Speyside windows was amazing to deal With all the way from the estimate through the installation! My house was built in 1910 and comes with many challenges when modifying anything exterior. The team was responsive, professional and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

    Great job and Great guys

    The guys at Speyside were great, they showed up when they said they would and did the work with care and attention to detail. The jobs were completed quickly and efficiently and when there was an issue that was no fault of their own they did everything they could to make up for the delay. They went way above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone asking about doors and windows.

    Windows

    This company was fantastic! Very professional. They we very efficient being here when they said, cleaned up as they went all while wearing gloves and face masks due to Covid-19. I am extremely satisfied with the product and the whole process. I would highly recommend Speyside Windows and Doors.

    Door Maintenance

    Ryan changed out the sweeps underneath our outside doors. We couldn’t describe fully how pleased we were with Ryan’s professionalism, workmanship, responsibility and accountability. Ryan was prompt and communicated effectively to keep us informed of what he was doing. Ryan had to drive across the city from his residence to ours and remove old sweeps to match them and order the new sweeps. He made two trips but only charged for one trip. Thank you Ryan, we were very impressed with you and your workmanship and would highly recommend you to everyone.

    Exterior door installation

    Speyside windows and doors were a great company to work with on adding an exterior door to our walk-out basement. They were very knowledgeable and communicated on every step of the project. Proposals and options were very well presented. I highly recommend them.

    Replace and rebuild character windows

    I am so glad I found Speyside! I interviewed several companies in my quest to replace five, 100+ year old windows in my home. I loved the character of the window moldings inside and outside and didn’t want to sacrifice style for efficiency. Ryan at Speyside was the only one I could find who treats this as a craft. He hand built new moldings for each window and both his handiwork and windows are beautiful. Even though he went the extra mile on craftsmanship, Ryan’s pricing was still super competitive compared to the sleazy window salesmen out there. It’s also worth mentioning I found Ryan honest and trustworthy. He worked in my home while I was at work and left it cleaner than he found it.

    Window replacements

    We had Ryan and his crew replace all of our windows with the exception of one that had to be special ordered. It was a pleasure dealing with Ryan and crew from start to finish. We were very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending Speyside to family and friends.

    Windows and doors replacement

    Ryan and his team did a great jobs on replacement of our windows, Patio door, Front door in November and my storm door installation in December. The weather in November was snowing and about -10 to -15 degrees, his great team members worked with detailed installation of each window and insulation to secure the windows to prevent cold or moisture between and also step by step to explain their procedures. Also Team members gone thru all the jobs done. After the installation, apparently I feel the difference with new windows, house inside temperature warmer than before replacement, especially during this week with this extreme weather at -35, I thought most likely the reason are all were triple pane windows with Low E. I have only minor issue with nails left on my front and back yards and probably as snowing time when installation, I addressed it to Ryan already. Overall we are satisfied with their work.

    new windows

    Speyside recently replaced all my windows and sliding patio door. Ryan and his team did a great job with the installation. They took their time to ensure the job was done properly. The job site was left clean with no materials or debris laying around. Communication has been great too!
