    Leaky toilet

    I called John at 10 am for a leaky 2nd floor toilet causing damage to my ceiling on the main floor. I called a few other plumbers who told me they would need to cut out the drywall to diagnose. John came at noon and found it was just a part inside the toilet that needed replacement. In and out in an hour and even checked our other toilet for free. Fantastic service and extremely professional!

    Outdoor tap

    I was easy to deal with John. First, quick response on the phone and immediate quote. Then, same day service within 2-3 hours. My garden tap leak was not an emergency but this level of service is really of the highest standard. Finally, work done timely and additional information provided for seasonal maintenance.

    Tub Faucet Repair

    I contacted John Dima for a repair to my tub faucet because it's been leaking for a while. He responded quickly, set up a time and came promptly. He replaced the cartridge (it's been there for 15+ years), cleaned up afterwards and was out the door in short order. So professional. I've used him before so I knew I was in good hands. It means a lot to me to have someone I can rely on.

    Toilet repair and outside tap repair.

    John came on time as promised and did a great job. He explained what he was doing . He was careful to respect COVID protocols. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him

    Plumbing repairs

    I was very happy with the service provided. This is the second time I have used their service. He communicates really well, e.g. let's you know when he is on his way before coming etc. The cost of his service is quite reasonable compared to other quotes I have gotten. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs you have.

    Faucet installation

    John installed a kitchen faucet. Great service. The quote is very reasonable. He came on time and did the job done flawlessly. Highly recommend him. I've hired several plumbers, but John is the best.

    Toilet & Sink Leak

    John came and fixed the toilet flange from my toilet and a cracked drain pipe under my kitchen sink. He was very professional, and efficient. We both took necessary COVID precautions. I would use his services again.

    Unclogged Sink

    John was great. Fixed our issue and was very helpful to give hints to ensure this doesn't happen again. Good guy and will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing issues!!

    John is on the customer's side.

    Super guy. He truly wants the best for you as a customer as he is happy if you can save money. It may be next week or next year but I am thoroughly impressed with his integrity and will definitely be calling on him for all my plumbing needs.

    replaced two toilets

    This is the second time I used Dima Plumbing. Today John came to replace two toilets. He arrived exactly on time, with all necessary tools and COVID precautions in place. He was very helpful to recommend which toilets to purchase at the time of booking the appointment. In terms of pricing I didn't get a quote from anyone else for either of the jobs I booked him for, but his prices seemed reasonable. Remember he is a licensed master plumber. I will definitely be booking Dima Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank very much John!
