    Exceeded expectations

    John responded quickly and was very friendly. He exceeded our expectations. Practiced safe covid protocols, wore a mask, sanitized hands. We definitely would use Dina Plumbing again and would recommend John.

    Installing Automatic Water shut off device

    John, was very professional, did a great job installing a new automatic water shut off device and replaced an water shut off valve. He was quick, efficient and left the work area as clean as he found it.

    Downtown Condo Job

    John was able to come in within a few days of me reaching out. He was friendly, professional, and efficient in all respects and was able to do a repair job for a condo unit (something not all companies will offer). Thank you, John!

    Emergency toilet and faucet repair

    A bit of an emergency with a leaking toilet and/or bathtub with damage occurring to the lower level. I phoned at 6:20 PM the night before and the plumber arrived as promised at 9 the next morning, replaced toilet seal, fixed the internal rubber gasket that was leaking as well, and replaced a leaking bath tub cartridge which I asked him to if he could. All done quickly and effectively and tested. Amazingly, he had all the parts in his truck for the 30-35 year old fixtures. Mask on all the time and with shoe coverings, he cleaned the space after his work and was extremely professional. Provided an initial quote over the phone based on his correct assumption that it was the toilet, and said what each subsequent repair would cost before he started. All in all, excellent service. This company will be my first call from now on, absolutely.

    bathroom sink repair

    The trap in our bathroom sink had broken and was leaking. John fixed it in about half an hour. This is the second time we have used him and we are very happy with his work. We will definitely use him again.

    Fixing my shower

    Dima was amazing!!! I would recommend their services 100%. John was on time, respectful of my home and explained everything to me very well. The job was done fast and perfectly. John also respected the Covid rules which is very important when going into someone house. I would call them anytime I need plumbing work and so happy I have found a great company that was way less than I was quoted by anyone else. Thanks John and Dima

    Installed new bathroom Faucet and popup assembly for Condo

    This is the second time I've used John's services and he did another great job. He accurately quoted the work that needed to be done, as well as letting me know that the new sink setup might (and did) require a new drain fitting so I could make an informed decision beforehand. He also texted to let me know when he would be arriving, and showed up promptly for the job. He followed covid protocols and made sure to put on disposable shoe covers when entering my home and left the work area clean when he left. He also very kindly took a look at a problem aerator on another faucet that I noticed that morning, which I very much appreciated

    Courteous and Efficient

    I called John in the morning and he showed up in the afternoon and on time. He was extremely courteous and took all Covid protocols. He installed drainage for a new sink that was installed. He even took the time to show us a hack for keeping our drains clear. I will definitely call him again if I ever need plumbing work done in my home.

    Washer Shutoff Valve Repairs

    John was great to work with. I had two leaking shutoff valves for my washing machine that started as a small leak but quickly got much worse and started to flood my hardwood. I found John on Homestars. Called him in the morning and he was at my house within a couple hours. He replaced both valves with new sweat valves, tested, and cleaned everything up. He was fast, courteous, and friendly to work with. Gave me a few helpful tips on my other plumbing issues as well. I will definitely call him again for any future issues. Thanks John!

    Toilet replacement - job well done! Thank you.

    I recently used Dima Plumbing to replace an old toilet and its shut-off valve. I highly recommend their services. John's quote was reasonable compared other plumber's quotes I received. He was very prompt in everything - replying to my request for a quote, answering my questions, booking an appointment, and arriving for the work. He did the job efficiently, following COVID guidelines, and explained well what needed to be done. If I need future plumbing work, I will contact Dima Plumbing and will recommend this plumbing firm to my friends and family.
