    Leaking toilet

    I called DIMA Plumbing and left a message and a few minutes later someone was available to come to my home. He fixed the leaking toilet. John is a professional and was mindful to wear a mask, gloves and shoe covers. I will use him again.

    Tub faucet Mixing valve replacement

    I called around, and checked revies. his quote was the most reasonable. He showed up and fixed the problem. No complaints from my tenants (it's a rental property). No extra fees, no run-around.

    Plumbing Repair

    Contacted John to fix a persistently leaky bathtub faucet. John got back to us within an hour, provided a quote based on a PHOTO of the problem, and scheduled a visit within a few days (based on my availability). John was courteous enough to even text me in advance on the day of the job to let me know his ETA. He arrived at our door in a mask, gloves and even had disposable booties to maintain the cleanliness in our home. John arrived at 12:40, was done by 1:13 and explained the problem and all he had done to repair it. His quote was bang-on, no hidden surprises or "extras". Very kind, polite and knowledgeable!

    Replace lavatory and outdoor faucet plus install inside ball valve

    This is my second time using Dima Plumbing because I trust John and his work and have found his quotes to be reasonable. He is a professional who gets the job done efficiently yet takes the time to clean the work area. I would without a doubt contact him in the future and recommend him to family and friends.

    Clogged basement drain

    John arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with our basement drain. He was upfront with the cost of the service and finished the job very efficiently with no issues at all. I will definitely be calling him again in the future for any additional jobs we need help with.

    Third time using Dima Plumbing

    John is precise, careful and knowledgeable. He is professional in his attitude and work. He tells you what needs to be done, do it and then explains it. He is efficient.

    Toilet and inspection

    renovated my bathroom and hand my flange lower than the tile level. John came and installed my toilet level in a matter of 30 mins. Will definitely use him again!

    Outside Tap

    John replaced my outside faucet and broken pipe running into the house. John was very professional and courteous. He wore a mask and shoe coverings before entering the house. John's work was impeccable as he cut the drywall in the exact location where the cracked pipe was located inside the house. Very precise measurements and neat cut. John cut the drywall exactly 8inch by 8inch so that it could be covered by an access panel plate of the same size. John also took the time to explain how to prevent the pipe and faucet from freezing and cracking again in the future. John also had a look at another issue in the house and recommended steps to help diagnose the problem. Will definitely be be using him for all my house plumbing issues going forward.

    Replacement of Tub/Shower Faucet

    John just finished installing 2 sets of tub/shower faucets in my condo unit today. He promptly responded to my email for quote. He arrived on time and did a very professional job. He is polite, friendly and professional. He will be my first choice for plumbing job, and will sure recommend him for everyone who needs the service.

    Toilet install

    John, does great work and is very professional. He came in and installed a toilet that was not a standard job, which many other plumbers shied away from. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
