    Faucet Installation, Bathroom Plumbing

    I called Dima Plumbing and spoke to John on Tuesday and he fit me into his schedule the very next day (Wednesday). He showed up on time, actually early, but texted me first to let me know. During these COVID times he had on a mask, gloves, and protective shoe covering. He was quick and efficient with the kitchen faucet and knew exactly what was wrong with the old one before even dismantling it. And as a last minute thing, I remembered our upstairs toilet was having problems. He was happy to look at it as well and fixed it right then and there. Again, he knew exactly what the problems were as soon as I described them. There was one quick repair and then a longer repair of removing the toilet from its fittings then with fixing/cleaning the gasket. He put the toilet back in place, sealed it all and made sure it was tight fitting to the floor. An extremely professional job with both the faucet and the toilet. I would call John again and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

    Replacing a bathroom faucet

    I needed to replace an older bathroom faucet with one that was a little easier to manipulate. I contacted John by email and shared the photos of what I was after. John showed up right on time and with his COVID-19 PPE. It's great when you actually have an appointment time and not a 4 hour window when you wait for someone. John did a great job with the installation and I would highly recommend him for future plumbing needs

    Kitchen sink repair

    Very efficient repair service for my kitchen sink and replaced corroded parts with better and longer lasting material. John was very prompt for the appointment and in fact was 15 minutes early. Highly recommend and would use his services again in the future.

    Excellent Service

    John does a great job fixing all kinds of plumbing challenges including clogged sink and tub as well as installing new faucet. He is very efficient and straightforward. I would highly recommend him to any friends or family.

    Changing kitche faucet

    No job is small for Dima plumbing. High professionalasm, great to work with , explained everything to us. Even we had addition to job on spot John did it without issue. I highly recommend John for any plumbing job

    Plumbing visit

    John came to our place earlier this week to fix a couple of issues, he was exactly on time, very careful in light of distancing concerns and did a great job. Would highly recommend his services.

    Professional, reliable. Quality job

    Had a serious leak coming from inside a wall. After having some "not too good experiences" with plumbers in the past, I decided to contact John Dima, based on the reviews/comments from previous customers. From the very first interactions with him, you can immediately notice you are dealing with a real professional. Straightforward, knowledgeable, efficient. He completed the job to our total satisfaction. We were so happy that decided to ask if he could also have a look to some other minor plumbing issues around the house. He did so, and didn't take advantage by charging any unreasonable fees for the last minute request. I'd also like to mention that in times of COVID-19, he wears face mask, boot covers, and respects physical distancing. We took well note of his contact, and will definitively use him for any plumbing issues we might have in the future.

    Shower Drain Clearing!

    John does high quality work. This is the second time John did pluming work for us. This time, we had problem with our main shower drain. The water was not going down. John fixed the problem. He also changed 2 water taps and one shut off valve. Two taps were located outside and were leaking due to being old. The shut off valve was located in the furnace room which used to shut off the water tap outside. I also appreciate that John was following the guideline during COVID-19. He was wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers. Very happy with his work.

    New kitchen faucet install

    John Dima was recommended by my neighbor. The appointment was scheduled for 9am and arrived promptly. I was so amazed on how fast and professional John was. John also checked a few other problems with no hesitation. We've had a few plumbers, but Dima plumbing is at the top .

    Main Drain Clearing

    Dima came during the Covid crisis and was fully geared with mask, gloves and boot covers. He did a proper evaluation of my situation and was done a few hours later. He re-siliconed my toilet that he had to temporarily remove to get at the drain. And then he re-did some piping I had taken apart in my own attempt to fix the problem. All for the price as promised. Very easy process. Response to my Homestar request for service was quick. He arrived on time. Basically it was as stress free and simple as I could ask for. I will use him again if the need arises.
