    Excellent Service and quality workmanship

    I contracted Dima Plumbing to replace the main water shut off along with older shut off valves feeding the outside taps. John was very punctual and professional. With the Covid 19 issue John wore a mask, rubber gloves and Boot covers. His workmanship is excellent and completed very quickly. I would recommend John for any plumbing needs you may require.     Outside Water Tap Installation

    John came to my home, accessed the plumbing and provided a fair estimate. He had the new outside tap installed within a few hours. Very professional and would definitely use him again.

    Multiple faucets and laundry tub replacement

    John is highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He did all that we asked at the time promised and at the quoted price for labor and known materials. He was respectful of our property by wearing covers on his shoes and cleaning up thoroughly after the jobs. We will definitely use him again if we need a plumber.

    Toilet, faucet, hose bib

    Second time I used John at Dima Plumbing, fast service, great pricing and quality work! Replaced my toilet, kitchen faucet and hose bib. I wish all companies were like Dima Plumbing!

    leaking aging outdoor faucets, indoor and outdoor leaks

    I am very happy with the service I received from this company. John arrived on time and completed the job within the expected time and estimate. He was professional and patient, explaining everything to me. I would definitely use this company again.

    Sink drainer repair

    I have used John's service twice. The first time is for kitchen faucet repair and the second time is for sink drainer repair. Both times, I have been very satiesfied.

    Bathroom Plumbing and shut off valve

    A return customer and a happy one. John came by to assess a burst pipe in the basement bathroom, gave me options on what to do to save me a big cost of a possible reno. He rerouted the water and install new shut off valves.

    Leaky Pipe in basement

    I had a pipe with a pinhole leaking water in the basement. With COVID-19, I was concerned and hesitant to hire a plumber. After seeing the previous review about how John came prepared, I emailed Dima Plumbing with pictures. John promptly replied and communicated the time and the price for the repair. John arrived on time and came wearing shoe covers, gloves and face mask, making us feel safe. He successfully replaced the section of the pipe in an hour and gave us 90 days warranty. I would hire John again if I have another plumbing repair in the house.

    Drain Service and Plumbing

    Could not have asked for a more courteous and competent professional. John came to take care of a drainage problem in the main line of our home that was causing backflow in the basement. John got the job done efficiently (quickly and with no mess) and gave us helpful maintenance advice. We paid what he quoted. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

    Main Water Shut Off Replacement

    The main water shut off valve had ceased and needed to be replaced. John was very helpful and walked me through the process of shutting off and turning on the water with the city. He was very prompt and answered all my questions/texts in a timely manner. He came wearing PPE and was very professional. The work came in as quoted and no unforeseen issues. Would definitely use again. Thanks John!
