    Bathroom Sink Clog

    Our bathroom drain was clogged and after trying Drano and some good'ol plunging, things weren't working out. Spoke with John in the morning and he was here within the day and snaked the drain clean in under an hour. He also came wearing a protective mask, gloves and shoe covers which we appreciated (given the COVID-19 situation). Would definitely call John again if we run into any problems.

    Toilet Leak

    Used Dima Plumbing for the first time to repair a leaking toilet. John was professional and completed the job in a very timely manner. In addition he tightened some loose faucets during his visit without hesitation. Will definitely use again.

    Returning Customers

    John is fantastic! We have used him twice now, and will continue to use him in the future. He is fast, efficient, tidy and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We originally called him this time to reseal our toilet, as it had overflowed and leaked into our dining and living rooms. In the end we decided to replace the toilet instead. He was in and out within an hour, and did not charge us anymore than his original quote.

    Kitchen Sink Slow Drain

    John from Dima Plumbing was extremely friendly and helpful in fixing a bad kitchen sink clog that was causing water to drain very slowly. He not only fixed the issue, but also instructed us on preventative measures, so that we can keep the drains clear, and not need to call him again soon. :) John took all the necessary preparations for COVID-19, with face mask, gloves, and social distancing. Especially during these times, when most homeowners are wary of having people in their homes, it is good to have someone that we can trust like John for emergency situations!

    Leaking faucet in shower

    We had a faucet leak in our shower. John did a wonderful job fixing it and also did a minor fix on our toilet at no extra cost. He’s an excellent plumber and also a really nice guy! Wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!

    Slow kitchen sinkkdrain

    Called John about my slow draining kitchen sink and he responded very quickly by confirming appointment the next day. John was extremely professional and came dressed for the job, shoe covers, gloves and face mask (amidst COVID times). As well, he cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess for us to deal with. My main drain line for the kitchen sink had 20yrs of grease/oil buildup and was remedied by snaking both the dedicated kitchen drain line and the main drain line in the basement. Problem fixed! Overall, i was very pleased with John's work and price. Also, provided some maintenance tips for keeping my drains clean. I have added John and Dima Plumbing to my goto contractor's list for future needs.

    Unclogging Kitchen Sink

    Very professional and high quality service. Our kitchen sink was clogged and he effectively handled it. We are very happy with the results. We would hire him again to handle all future plumbing issues.

    Plumbing Service

    We have used Dima Plumbing a couple of times now and they are our go to for any plumbing issues we have. They usually arrive within a day or so of placing the service call and always ask for pictures of the problem area to assess beforehand. John is friendly, knowledgeable, and charges a fair price for the work. If you are considering contacting Dima we highly recommend it!

    Food disposal clogged

    After years of using my food disposal it had become clogged. No water could pass through the pipes and the water was backing up into two sinks. It was late in the evening and I emailed John and he returned my email right away. We made an appointment for the next day. John showed up early and quickly fixed the problem with both sinks and the food disposal unit. I appreciated the very quick response and appointment...

    Bathroom Leak

    A leak started in the bathroom last week. We tried to fix it ourselves however the leak persisted. Contacted DIMA, and John responded promptly and scheduled a visit within the next day. He showed me where I had gone wrong in my fix attempt and made the repairs look easy. I will definitely use DIMA again if I have any more plumbing needs.
