    Gret Work

    John arrived at my home on time on Friday to repair 2 toilets and also a slow running drain in my bathroom sink.He is a lovely gentleman,courteous and professional,he solved and fixed the problems in good time,i would call John again.Regards Cecilia.

    Plumbing

    Excellent Work!

    Excellent Work! I had read great reviews about Dima Plumbing, but the quality of their work exceeded expectations. All problems were resolved in 3 hours. I definitely would call John and Andre again for any future plumbing work.

    Perfect Service!

    Yesterday John Dima came to my home in Richmond Hill to repair a leaking bathroom shower. He arrived as scheduled, was courteous and professional and completed the repair promptly and at a very reasonable cost. I was extremely satisfied with his service!

    Fast and efficient

    I called John on Tuesday afternoon and he came Wednesday morning. The job is small . Cap a faucet In the basement that we did not need. He came on time, did the job quickly and thoroughly, and is very nice and polite. He even wore bootees to protect my floor. What else do you need? A job well done as promised. And right on quote. Now I have a plumber in case I need one.

    Install kitchen faucet

    The plastic hose connected to the handheld spray in our kitchen sink suddenly burst, so we couldn't use our kitchen faucet at all. As always, John was extremely responsive, should up as soon as he could, and installed a new faucet quickly and efficiently. Very professional and reliable service. Highly recommended!

    Second Time As Good As First

    I called John in the afternoon of Nov 13 and he promised to be here at 11:00 AM on the 14th. They were right on time. He and his partner immediately donned shoe protectors. They needed to replace the inner workings of a malfunctioning toilet and replace two seized shut-off valves. They were fast (35 minutes), friendly and left no trace of their visit. The cost was exactly as had been explained to me over the phone. Great work, great service. It is wonderful to have a trusted and dependable contractor in your contact list.

    Bathroom Faucet, Toilet & Water Line Repair

    Tap Replacement

    Excellent Work! Innovative thinking shown as a new tap location had to assessed and implemented by John and his assistant. All on time and within budget....could not ask for more. Congrats to Homestars for delivering top notch quality via easy to use website. The "bar" is set high for the new owners!

    Water Shutoff Valve Replacement

    John and Andre arrived on-time and well prepared for the job. They quickly replaced the malfunctioning valve and took the time to explain how to check for leaks once the water was turned back on by the city. The quality of soldering, repair efficiency and thorough cleanup convey a sense of pride in their workmanship. Receipt issued with 1 year warranty. I would certainly welcome them back into my home for future plumbing needs.
