    Excellent work, fair price

    I called Dima Plumbing in the evening to fix a leaking supply valve, and they were available the next morning. Showed up early (with a call prior to coming) and had everything they needed with them, even had those shoe covers when walking around the house. I had read great reviews about John and Andre, but still expected a mess due to the location of the valve. However they fixed everything mess free, vacuumed up the area and were done faster than I expected. Replaced with a new design valve that is much easier to operate. I was so impressed I asked them to look into my other plumbing issues around the house, ranging from shower noise and drain replacement to crossed hot/cold lines and outright missing supply valve for the garage tap (it gets below freezing there). And just like that, 5 years of neglected plumbing issues fixed in under 3 hours. John and Andre were a pleasure to talk to and explained everything they were doing. Definitely would call these guys again for any future plumbing work.

    Efficient condo laundry valve replacement

    John and his team at Dima Plumbing are efficient and thorough. Replaced a water connector valve in my condo laundry closet. I appreciated that John asked for a photo of the old valve in advance. That way, when they arrived to do the work they already had a replacement valve with them. Job was completed quickly and all my questions were answered. If you’re looking for a good plumber I recommend Dima.

    excellent work

    I've invited John already second time. First time he accomplished replacement main water supply valve. I was very satisfied of his job. Now I have to replace both water supply valves leading to backyard and garage, both were not holding. John used high quality valves for replacement, with possibility to drain water from the line, which is very important. Work itself was done excellent as usual, no questions.     What a mess!

    Thanksgiving night and our sink backed up. This presented quite a mess. I called John the next morning at 8 am and he said he would be here at 11. John arrived promptly at 11 and fixed the problem quickly and neatly. He was the definition of a true Master Plumber. Thanks John

    Plumbing for new kitchen sinks & faucet

    John and Andre were in and out in less than an hour after hooking up my new sinks and faucet. Efficient and very respectful. Their work is very tidy and they took away the garbage, including the box and packing from the new tap. I will definitely use them again in future and highly recommend them to friends and family.

    Main Water Shutoff Valve Replacement

    Our main water shutoff compression valve was failing and would not completely shut off or fully open. It would leak very slowly at certain tension points so we knew we needed to get it replaced. We searched Homestars and chose Dima Plumbing based on the high service ratings and positive comments and we were not disappointed. We sent in a request for a quote to replace with a ball valve and received a very quick response, and open to our availability. John and Andre showed up on time (10 mins early actually) which was important as we needed to arrange water shutoff with the Town. They were professional, polite and respectful and they were finished in about 45 mins, despite working in a relatively tight area behind a wall through a 8 x 8 access panel. They went over the completed job with us and instructed us on what to do when the town came back to turn the water on, and what to watch for. They left their cell number to call in the event of any issues. We were very happy with the service and quality of work and would recommend them to any of our family or friends.

    Bathtub overflow + shower drain

    John and Andre installed a new bathtub overflow & waste fixture and snaked our clogged drain. They have also provided outstanding service on several different plumbing issues in our home: kitchen sink drain, leaking toilet, and installation of new kitchen faucets. They are professional, helpful and skilled. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

    Laundry Room

    Excellent service. Fast response. John and his son Andre were great - will use them again. Professional and extremely efficient. They were on time. Cleaned up any mess they had.

    Broken faucet

    When my bath faucet broken on Sunday a couple of weeks ago I panicked as I never had to deal with plumbing issues living in a condo. I rushed to Google for help. I am grateful to people who leave feedback online because it made my search an easy one. John and his son came next day and fixed the faucet, along with sink and bathtub spout. I am glad I found Dima Plumbing because it gives me peace of mind knowing that there plumbers I can rely on and trust. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.     Leaky Pipe in the basement

    We have used Dima to install a whole house filter a few years ago and they did a high quality job, the filter still works and we have no issues. When we have discovered a leak in our finished basement kitchen, we naturally called Dima to fix it. John (the principal) came in with his helper (his son) very quickly. It took him one minute to determine what needs to be done, he quoted me the price which was fair and half an hour later - everything was done, and the work came with 90 days warranty. Very pleasant people - small family business, who do honest and high quality work. Happy to see so many good reviews - businesses like that should be rewarded.
