    Toilet shutoff repair

    One of my bathroom shutoff valves started leaking and having repaired others in the past, I bought the parts I needed and started my do it yourself job today. Unfortunately, this valve was welded which I wasn't prepared for. The water was leaking and the removed parts were broken. Luckily, I found John Dima's card and called him in a panic. He couldn't come until next Monday, which was too late in my case. After explaining my situation, he was able to make my emergency repairs and made me the happiest guy in town. The repairs were done quickly, professionally and John is very courteous. I would highly recommend Dima Plumbing. Their fees are also very reasonable. Thanks John! Pierre Bedard

    Great service.

    Faucet Replacement

    I needed to replace a leaky kitchen faucet. I called John and he was able to come on the same day. He was here within two hours, and had the job done in 30 minutes. John and Andre were courteous and efficient. I will certainly call them again for any other plumbing issues.

    Toilet and Faucet installation

    Contacted John for a quote to replace and install a new toilet and kitchen faucet. He was very quick to respond and able to schedule me in same day, getting everything up and running in no time. Very professional, efficient and courteous to work with. We're very happy with his service and would definitely contact him again for all our future plumbing needs! Thank you!

    Move outside tap to new location

    Even though it was a small job, John provided a reasonable quote very quickly and an appoint was booked for the following day. John and Andre arrive on time and were very professional. Their service was great and they really took pride in their work. I will definitely use them again.

    Rare breed: Fair, honest and quality work

    Had a leak in my copper pipe on a Sunday, its Mother's Day too at 2pm in the afternoon and when everyone else we call either wants to charge a premium, won't quote a straightforward fix and ask for minimum $100 to come look at it I find John on this site to save the day. At 1st he doesn't want to commit to coming given the time and the day but hears the desperation in my voice and probably knows it won't take that long and agrees and just gives me a straight price right away for the job and says see you in a couple hours. When they arrive and I'm not available, no complaints no markups completely understanding which is certainly not what I am use to dealing with with trades where they charge like lawyers for every min they spend! :) Then they don't have the part after being there for over an hour already and just apologize and say they will come back tomorrow morning and finish the job which they did and helped me look at a couple other issues I had and got their opinion. Not a dime more asked for and politely thanked me for the opportunity. Just an honest, family run business which is great to see still exist. Won't hesitate to calls them again for my next plumbing needs and suggest you do the same.

    Replace Bathroom Faucet

    John Dima answered my call right away and arranged to come the next day. He was punctual, personable and efficient. There was an issue with the size of the shut off valves. He was prepared with a fix and did not use it as an opportunity to gouge me. I would absolutely recommend Dima Plumbing.

    Replace leaking cartridge in bathroom and replace laundry faucet

    John & Andre responded in a timely manner to the original request and once on site quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair work. Communications was excellent throughout the process.

    Sump Pump Drainage Line

    John arrived with his associate at the promised time and set right to work diagnosing the problem with our sump pump drainage line. He confirmed my suspicion that the existing drainage pipe was run incorrectly, causing freezing of the line and pump burn out. John quickly came up with a solution, made a supply run, and did the work as he had laid out. They did a quality job and left things clean and tidy upon completion. I now have the peace of mind that has eluded me over the past 4 years since the sump pump was first installed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dima Pumbing for any plumbing issues.

    Kitchen, bath and laundry room repairs

    Very responsive - answered an evening call and arrived the next day when they said they would. Also highly personable and professional. John was diligent and detailed both in his work and clean up. He also took extra care to test new facet installations/drainage/pipe work, and was great at answering any questions I had along the way. Very happy with the work done. Dima is my new go-to for all things plumbing.
