    4 Toilets, kitchen faucet and Vanity Installation

    John and his associate showed up on time with their booties to cover their work boots. They did a terrific job, extremely clean and tidy; including walking the old toilets to the curb. Real professionals. I would rehire them next time I have plumbing needs. Thanks John!

    Leaking toilets

    I called Jon and he answered promptly regarding 2 toilets leaking at the base. He came the same morning. He confirmed the slow leak at the base, which was thethe case for 2 toilets in our house because the original plumber used too small bolts to secure the base as well as inadequate height for the floor plate. He repaired the cause of the issues for each toilet and carefully replaced them ensuring accurate measurement for positioning. He had all parts he needed in the truck and cleaned up very well. He also gave me some quotes and advice for some other plumbing work we will be needing done this summer. We will surely call him back to do more work. Thank-you Jon!

    Fixed Leaking Toilet

    I’m very satisfied with Dima Plumbing service. On April 11, 2018 I called Dima Plumbing in the morning because my toilet was leaking water in the basement of my house. John came over to my house in the afternoon to fix the toilet. He replaced new parts in the toilet tank and he worked fast. Now my toilet is working good like a brand new one - no more leaking, thank you John ! I would definitely call Dima Plumbing again because this company is fast and reliable. Allen from Scarborough

    Sink clog

    Very professional and prompt. Cleaned up after their work. Did a little bit extra to complete the job. I hope I don’t need a plumber again but if I do I will call Dima Plumbing.

    Toilet base leak

    The base of toilet leaked a second time. Dima plumbing came the same day I called and promptly fixed the issue - a corroded screw that had worn into the wax ring. He cleaned the worksite up after and sealed everything up nicely. Dima plumbing provides a very professional and efficient service. I will be calling again if I have any more plumbing issues.

    Toilet Replacement

    John and Andre from DIMA Plumbing did a great job replacing an old toilet in my house with a new American Standard model. They also did some work on the water supply line, replaced the toilet shutoff valve and installed a new braided connector between the valve and toilet. The work was done professionally and efficiently. They cleaned up the work area after the job was done and took the old toilet to the curb.

    Repair toilet leak to basement, replace inside plumbing for three toilets

    Very happy with Dima Plumbing and John Dima's service. I felt confident in him right away. He went the extra mile to help me. I recommend his company to anyone who needs plumbing repair

    Clogging Kitchen sink and toilet repair

    I called on John twice in the past few weeks to help me out with plumbing needs. As usual, he was prompt, reliable and efficient and charged a fair and reasonable rate. John is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Dima Plumbing.

    Kitchen plumbing

    Called Dima Plumbing on Saturday morning of Easter weekend. Andrei showed up 15 minutes early and got right to work after I showed him the problem. Fixed my issue in under 1 hour and cleaned up the messy area. Andrei was extremely efficient, professional, kind and patient as he explained the issue and how to avoid it in the future. Thank you very much for your prompt response on this busy weekend. Would not hesitate to call on Dima Plumbing again should the need arise.

    washroom faucet
