    Leak

    Professional, very efficient and quick. Came on time and gave us a 90 days warranty on the service that they provided. I highly recommend this service. Very happy with the results.

    Shower Drain

    John and his son came this morning to fix my shower drain. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very prompt and fixed the drain. I have had John fix drains, toilet and sinks. All done perfectly.

    Blocked Drain Repair

    Our kitchen sink drain was blocked; I gave John a call, he came by the house 45 minutes later, and had everything fixed about a half hour after that. The original quote was $200 for the work, and he recommended that we put a bypass valve in the drain to make access easier in the future, which was why the total price was $250 (plus tax). I was very happy with John's prompt arrival, great work, and pleasant demeanour.

    Fixed sink trap

    I called John to repair my bathroom sink trap today and my first impression was that he was very courteous and customer oriented. He was very punctual and has a kind demeanour. The quality of workmanship was first class and this was done in no time. He assured me that I would not need to replace it anymore providing me peace of mind(had a big leak). If anyone is looking for a top rate and honest plumber, don't look any further. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any family or friends. Thank you John for being a true asset to your trade.

    Toilet bowl replaced

    John was very responsive and reliable. Did a great job replacing 3 toilets with new ones. Took the old ones out to the curb side for pickup by the city.

    Awesome Job. Very helpful, fast and professional

    We had a problem with both our exterior shut off valves. They came out promptly, stuck to the quote and did the job with no mess. It was done quickly and well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

    Bath/Shower Faucet Installation

    John and his son replaced our 2nd floor common bathroom shower faucet. In order to do so, they had to cut through a closet wall to reach the pipes, as the tile cut out in the shower was too small to get at. They brought mats and dust covers to catch any drywall debris, keeping the area very clean. They were very quick and efficient and the price was as quoted. This is the second time our family called on John to 'fix' something in our house and have never regretted it. In fact, we recommend John to all our family and friends!

    Installed main shutoff valve, 8 shutoff valves for kitchen & bath, new valves & copper lines to/from water heater & humidifier, new laundry sink shuoff values and hose bibs

    Dima Plumbing installed a new main shutoff valve, 8 hot/cold water shutoff valves for the kitchen & 3 bathrooms, new shutoff valves & copper pipes to/from water heater & central humidifier, new laundry sink shutoff values and hose bibs, new kitchen faucet., and repaired bathtub faucet with new cartridge installation. I'm very satisfied with the high quality of workmanship and quality parts with fair, reasonable prices with a 90-day warranty. Reliable and trustworthy company. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Dima again for future plumbing repairs. Thank you Mr. Dima.

    Quick Response

    My toilet was "ghost flushing" every minute. I saw the positive reviews on Dima Plumbing. I made the appointment online. They responded very quickly and came the same day. In fact, they made the appointment at 4 pm and called to see if they could come earlier which was great.

    Dishwasher/ice maker hook up

    John and Andre showed up on time for the appointment, and the final amount they charged matched the initial estimate. They did a very clean and professional-looking install of our dishwasher. They also cleaned up any debris from drilling holes in the cabinet. The installation of the new water line to the ice maker was also done very cleanly. Both dishwasher and ice maker have been running well since the install a week ago. We would gladly hire them again.
