    Drain snaking

    Last week I had Mr John Dima came to my house for my upstairs bathroom sink drainage problem. He knows what my problem right away and he fixed it perfectly! My wife and I are very happy with his service. For the past few years my sink was always clogged a couple times a year and I called other plumbers to come to my house and they could only solved the problem temporary. I was not happy with that so I checked online and luckily I found DIMA PLUMBING. When Mr. John Dima came to my house he used kind of a special snaking machine and he put it 40 feet down the drain pipe to clear any hard stuff that I thought was clogging my sink. Now my sink drain running so fast like never before, and I believe I would not have another clog drain for a long time. Thank you, Mr. John Dima! I definitely would call him again for any plumbing problems because he is an expert in his field! Thanks again John! From Allen in Scarborough

    Leaky toilet

    We called John as water was leaking through our kitchen ceiling in our light fixture. We thought is was something major. We called him through his reviews. He was very busy that day but still managed to show up within the hour. He was very pleasant and traced the problem to a bad seal of the toilet. I would highly recommed his services.

    Plumbing and Toilet Service

    John; who was extremely professional from the get go, came in and assessed the situation. He had the parts and the tools to do the job and he was done in about 40 minutes. He replaced the shut off valve to the toilet, and also replaced the internal shut off valve inside the toilet! Everything John did was great even cleaning up the area afterwords! I would highly recommend John to anyone needing his services!

    Clogged pipes

    Same as everyone else who has commented, John responded quickly to my inquiry and squeezed me into his packed schedule with an early-morning appointment. John is incredibly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly unclogged all our pipes and gave us a maintenance plan to help keep everything flowing. Thank you John!

    Kitchen drain and pipe replacement

    Our kitchen drain was clogged up quite badly. Every time we wash dishes the water will back up to our sink in the basement. Called John on Tuesday and he was able to come the next day. John is very professional and knowledgeable. He snaked the clogged up drain, and also helped us replace a pipe which was installed incorrectly. John also gave us recommendation on how to maintain the drain. Thank you John!!!

    Faucet Replacement

    My kitchen faucet started leaking and I gave Dima Plumbing a call to install a replacement. He gave me an approximate price on the phone and showed up right on time the next day. His work was quick, clean, and he cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I would definitely use his services again in the future for any plumbing needs. Thanks !

    Bathtub spout leaking and tub drain clogged

    I had a bathtub spout leaking and the tub drain was clogged. John was terrific! When I called, he answered his phone right away and when I had additional questions, he always got back to me in a timely manner. He's really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. On the day that we set up the appointment, he got there on time and he was really respectful. He had an extra spout available there and then and was able to change it; he fixed the clogged drain and also checked the sink as well and took out the hair. I will definitely give him a call for my plumbing needs!

    Replaced a leaky (in the wall) drain pipe and reset 2 toilets.

    We had a T junction in a drain pipe in the wall which was leaking; I wasn't able to repair this myself, so I researched on HomeStars and found Dima Plumbing. John and his apprentice arrived when they said they would; they were both very respectful (wore slip on booties at the door) and more importantly they know their work and how to solve a tricky plumbing problem. They also reset two toilets for us. If we need help with another plumbing job in the future, we will certainly call on Dima Plumbing again.

    Replaced ancient concrete laundry tub

    John was prompt, polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He expertly removed a very old laundry sink from our basement and replaced it with a new one. We are very happy with the quality of his work and will be sure to call him first for our next plumbing need. Thank-you John.

    install kitchen faucet and two shut off valves

    Outstanding work done by John Dima. He arrived exactly on time. The work went flawlessly. He cleaned up as he went along and then a final clean when he finished. His work was tidy ... it looks clean .... I would easily recommend his to others. Thank you John
