    Fixed leaking interior and exterior plumbing for hose outlet

    John responded with the hour with a quote, and came the next morning to replace our leaking pipes. The service was fast and excellent. John also called in advance to confirm his appointment. I highly recommend Dima plumbing.

    Bathroom faucet and piping replacement

    I called John to replace the original faucet and drainage piping in my bathroom. John was able to come the same day and give me a fair estimate. I found him to be very honest and professional, someone who would not try to upsell me on work that I didn't need. His workmanship was excellent, and I am very satisfied with the job he did for me. I would definitely call him again in the future!

    Several clogged drains

    My 2 ensuite sinks were both blocked - entirely. Both my kitchen sinks were blocked - entirely. John Dima un-clogged all 4 drains and replaced some faulty pipes and attachments (corrosion) and taught me how to prevent future clogs with inexpensive detergent instead of drain cleaners. Very fast, efficient, friendly and tidy! All for $500. I am very pleased!

    Shut-off valve replacement

    The shut-off valve to a toilet seized and the tank was leaking. Called Dima Plumbing and John responded right away with arrangements to come out. The valve was replaced quickly and efficiently. Cost was as quoted. Would use this company again.

    HOME SERVICE DONE WELL

    THREE MONTHS AGO, I HAD HIM REPLACE OUR WATER CLOSET. LAST WEEK, THE WATER CLOSET WAS NOT FLUSHING PROPERLY. HE PROMPTLY CAME BACK AND DID SOME ADJUSTMENTS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE SINCE HE SAID THAT THIS WAS STILL COVERED BY WARRANTY. THIS IS HOW EVERY PLUMBER SHOULD BE.

    Toilet repair

    John was very professional and fixed our toilet issue quickly. Very good work and highly recommended plumber. I will use him for future issues. Thanks again for showing up really fast.

    Drain blockage

    John arrived ahead of the planned time to deal with our kitchen drain problem. He had it sorted out in short order, fixed another minor leak, and left no clean up work for me when he was done. Just what you would expect of a Master Plumber. Highly recommend.

    Horrible noise in wall behind toilet and shower

    I contacted Dina Plumbing through Homestars. John responded right away and made an appointment to come to my home. He and his son were there within 36 hours. They replaced pumps and filters and got rid of the jackhammer noise in the wall! They were pleasant, efficient and quick and left everything nice and tidy. I would reccomend them anytime.

    Clogged drain

    We contacted John and he was able to come by the next day due to our busy schedules. He diagnosed the problem and walked us through the process of unclogging the drain. He explained everything upfront before starting(work,competitive pricing etc). John and his co-worker were very timely and professional. Would recommend for any plumbing needs.

    Repair + Installation

    A ground floor toilet was leaking into the basement every time it was flushed. I also wanted to hook up a new refrigerator with icemaker to an old plastic water line installed by the previous homeowner. John and his assistant visited my home. They assessed the situation. John recommended using a copper line for the refrigerator water line, as the old plastic water line could leak. He installed the copper line plus a new shutoff valve. His assistant took the toilet off and repaired the leak there. They were in the house for about two hours. They did a fantastic job. We are enjoying the icemaker and we have seen no water in the basement since the toilet repair two weeks ago. Price was fair. We will use Dima Plumbing again if we have any plumbing problems.
