    Two leaking toilets needed replacement parts inside tanks and replacement shutoff valves. Also the bases sealed

    John Dima and his son Andre were on time, introduced themselves and handed me their card straight away. They were professionally dressed and also in their manner. They gave me the estimate and started work. Very polite, explained everything to me and asked me to look at everything g they had done. They were quick and super efficient I would recommend to everyone. From start to finish a super professional job T

    Water main shutoff replaced - job done well and fast

    The old shutoff valve was a compression type and after years the wheel was stuck and could not shut off the water. Sent John an email to request quote. He replied within same day and I called to schedule a time with him. Him and his apprentice were prompt to arrive, did a quick and clean job and the way he worked showed me he knew what he was doing and was thorough. I am picky with workmanship and am very satisfied with his work. The new ball valve is much easier to use and I believe more reliable.

    Slow drain bathroom sink

    Tried plungers, chemicals and a cheap snake but the clog is way too far inside the drain pipe. Dima came quickly as he was nearby and used his snake to get about 30 feet inside the pipes. Water drains fast like I never seen it before. I would never have been able to do this myself because snaking is sort of a hit miss thing for me. Plus, most snakes in stores are up to 20-25'. It's hard to tell if you hit a bend or a clog and how long to go at it. Very professional service, booties and cleans up afterwards.

    fixed kitchen sink leaking within a hour

    John was fantasied to work with and his price is fair. Very polite and answer any questions that you have , the moment he walked in i know i can trust this man thank you john.

    Laundry room tub and faucet

    I actually had two jobs - replace laundry room tub and faucets and replace an outdoor downspout pop-up emitter (really). After I sent pictures to him, John replied immediately with a quote. I had asked another plumber for a quote, so went ahead with that; the quote was higher for the laundry tub/faucet and he didn't have a clue what to do about the outdoor job and said I would have to take care of it myself. I got back to John around noon on Monday and asked him to do the work. He came at 9 a.m. Tuesday, with his apprentice Andre, and they finished before 11:00. He had gone out of his way to get the emitter for the yard job and wasn't going to charge me for it! He recommended that I have the faucets to the washing machine replaced as well, as they are very old and would probably start to leak. I totally agreed because one of the reasons I was having the other faucets replaced was because of a leak. The cost for everything was extremely reasonable and they did a terrific job, totally cleaned up and were very friendly and polite. You made my day, John, and I will not hesitate to call you again and recommend you to others.

    Install toilet, sink/vanity

    John and his apprentice installed our new toilet, sink,vanity. They came on time, did a great job with both installations, finishing quickly and cleaning up perfectly. They were great to work with and I would not hesitate to work with John again.

    plumbing

    I left a message to John for a problem shower faucet about 8 month ago. he replied to me within 12 hrs and came the next day. The job was done very well. I will use DIMA for any future plumbing services.

    Replace toilet flange and reinstall toilet

    I contacted John regarding a broken toilet flange based on previous HomeStars' reviews. John and Andre's prompt response coupled with their professional skills were very much appreciated. The job was completed in a timely and efficient manner and John uses up-to-date communication (text/email) and payment methods (debit or credit etc.), making the entire process seamless.

    Fast, timely, reasonable, kind

    Had two plumbing issues. John and his son arrived right on time, diagnosed them immediately and even fixed one for free. He was in an out in under an hour. He's my new plumber.

    Excellent Work!

    Dima Plumbing quickly came and fixed my plugged drain.. As usual they were very professional and gave me advise to keep it clear. I STRONGLY recommend them- they are lifesavers! Thanks
