    Replacement of vanity and two faucets.

    I called john for change of vanity and two faucets and I he handled my call very professionally and gave the estimate over the phone. He came to my home after two days and did all the required work. His rates are very reasonable and he has a lot of experience. I will call him again if I need any plumbing related work in future and definitely refer to my friends and family.

    Contractor fully adressed issue I raised

    Contractor replaced bath spout that did not stop the leak that I hired them for. The problem was fully resolved by contractor issuing refund. I consider this case is closed.

    A ceiling water stain is a tricky diagnosis. In the ideal case, the leak should be fixed if possible without cutting the drywall. Cutting the drywall should always be the last choice. A water mark on the ceiling could be the result of more than one leak on the system. Fixing a plumbing issue will not stop a leak coming from cracked grout lines. We always recommend checking the grout first as many times that is the cause of a stain on the ceiling. If a plumbing issue is resolved but the grout is cracked, the stain will remain, as only a part of the leak was fixed. As a sign of goodwill we have chosen to refund you the money for the leaky spout which we have replaced. Hope your issue will be resolved

    Shutoff valve replacement

    I contacted John and he quickly responded with a quote and appointment. He came and quickly handled the problem. I will call him in future. Other plumbers I contacted did not even bother to respond. A pleasant and professional experience.

    Replacement of main water shutoff valve and addition of shutoff valves to faucets

    We recently moved into a home where the main water shutoff valve had seized due to lack of usage over the years, as well as having no shutoff valves under any of the bathroom faucets and kitchen sink. I contacted John to ask him for the quote to replace the main valve with a new ball valve, as well as to add new shutoff valves to each of the faucets. During our communications, John was polite and prompt in his responses to our questions and was flexible in letting me know when he would be available. On the day of the appointment, John and Andre arrived to replace the existing valve and add new valves. They were very thorough with their work, checking for potential leaks, cleaning up around the faucet areas after and demonstrating the operation of the valves, which showed their professionalism. We also found them to be as polite and courteous in person as through our initial communications. If we encounter any more plumbing related issues in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to call John again to fix the problem!

    Changed all the plumbing under the kitchen sink and laundry vanity

    My father called John for some plumbing work that wasn't done properly by a previous contractor and so there was leakage. John came in and identified the issue right away. He has all his material ready and made the right connections. My dad says " He is a professor at his job" Thank you John

    Clogged kitchen sink

    We hired John in early May-2017 for clogged kitchen sink. We really appreciated John and his apprentice (Andre)'s prompt response and services.     fridge water line install

    Bought a new fridge, needed a water line run for Icemaker and it had to do down through the floor into my basement. Excellent job and plan to use again later in my renovation.

    sump pump replacements

    Based on reviews on this website, I called Dima Plumbing to replace two sump pumps that were no longer working. Mr. Dima came right away, determined the issues and returned later that day to install two new pumps. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Mr. Dima.

    Thank you for this review. Here are some tips for maintaining the sump pumps and also your property. Sometime because you might not get a lot of water in the pump just sits inactive. It's recommended to grab a pale of water and throw it in until the pump starts pumping. This way not only you avoid the pump getting stuck, but also pump out that stale water around the pump which could develop an odor. Have a good weekend!

    Kitchen Ceiling Leak

    A couple months after my wife and I took possession of our home the kitchen ceiling started to leak. The upstairs bathroom was leaking into the kitchen when the shower was running. I was worried I was going to have to take out the bathroom wall to make the repairs. Dima plumbing came to the rescue. He game over within a couple days and was able to do all the repairs without opening a wall. Not only saving me money but time and headaches. I would highly recommend him and will continue to use him for all my future plumbing needs.

    Removal/Installation bathroom vanity

    Dima Plumbing removed an existing single bathroom vanity and installed a new double unit. I am extremely happy with the work done by John and his apprentice. They turned up on schedule and completed the job to our satisfaction in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
