John Dima's son came promptly and replaced my outdoor faucet with a new one. It works well and is beautiful. He was courteous and professional. I would recommend Dima Plumbing and use their services again. Thank you.

John and his team were professional, on time and fair. I had initially called him for two issues. The first one, and to my embarrassment, was so simple that John did not charge me for fixing it. The second was a more complicated fix. While the fix needed a second call, what was refreshing and outstanding was the speed and care John demonstrated in resolving the problem. Very impressed and satisfied.

John Dima was courteous and professional and did a good job in replacing a leaky toilet. Very respectful of premises and left the bathroom neat at the end of project. Will definitely call again if need arises.

John came in installed one of the newer separate in-wall Laundry faucets with PEX piping, got it done on time and quickly and everything has been working fine ever since. (Thanks Johns) Very thorough work and no hidden extras. Highly recommended.

Called John with regards to leaky lines on a pressure balance shower valve and an under kitchen sink line that kept breaking. He called right away and made an appointment with us. He and his apprentice arrived early and made determinations of the problems and gave a quote. His work was top notch and efficient. The work you expect from a master plumber. He is very professional and I will use him for future work on our home without hesitation.

Hiring John Dima was a pleasure. Although we sought multiple quotes for work through HomeStars to replace an old and faulty builders-grade faucet, his estimate was the only one that required no back-and-forth for additional explanation (it was a simple job, but every other plumber required clarification) and no gradually increasing costs or complications. Most importantly, he was the only plumber who did NOT need to cut the tile around at the faucet opening to get access, which would have increased the price of the job substantially. He looked at the image I posted, quoted $500—very reasonable and among the lowest of the estimates we got—and we booked the appointment quickly via SMS. He responded promptly when I confirmed our appointment, arrived on time, worked quickly and quietly with his apprentice and finished the job exactly as he promised. The payment was completed easily using a mobile credit card reader, complete with a 90-day guarantee and a digital receipt he emailed immediately. An exceptionally pleasant experience with a plumber!
