    Leaking Pipe

    After researching on HomeStars, I reached out to Dima Plumbing because I found a leakng pipe in my basement. John was very quick to respond with his quote after I sent him pictures of the leaking pipe. He took care of the issue, found the problem and changed the pipe in no time. Excellent service, very professional, clean and efficient. I would recommend Dima to my friends and family.

    New faucet installations

    My condo unit needed faucet replacements in the kitchen & bathroom. Of all the (many) businesses I called, not only was John quickest to reply, he also offered the best quote. In today's internet age, he clearly understands that a good first impression means everything. After setting up the appointment, John showed up in a punctual manner. As other reviews have stated, he is very polite & professional. He did the work quickly and thoroughly, explaining everything in an easy to understand manner. The new faucets look terrific, and they operate very well! There was a bit more work required than originally anticipated, but he was kind enough to stick to the original quote. Much appreciated! I will gladly use this business for any future jobs, and highly recommend this professional to anyone. Thank you, Dima Plumbing!

    P-Trap and Faucet replacement

    After researching on HomeStars, I reached out to Dima Plumbing as well as 2 other plumbers via email requesting a quote. Dima Plumbing responded back the fastest with the most competitive price. John arrived as expected after texting his eta time as 30 minutes. He replaced a corroded P-Trap (p-trap parts included in the quote) and installed a new kitchen faucet (faucet was already purchased/provided by me) all within 1.5 hours. Before using a blow torch John made sure to ask that air fans be turned on and doors/windows be opened so as to push out the fumes and not cause smoke detectors to go off. He cleaned up after the job and was very courteous. There is a 90 day warranty should there be any issues afterwards. I would recommend his services to my friends and family.

    Laundry Tub Backed Up

    I phoned Dima Plumbing regarding a backed up laundry tub. John said he would be here in one hour. He arrived within the hour and was very professional. Snaked out the pipes and had it fixed quickly and at a fair price. I will have John back to do more work for me in the future. I would highly recommend him.

    Bathroom Plumbing

    John was very quick to respond with his quote after I sent him pictures of a defective Shower faucet. Job well done and to full satisfaction. I also added an impromptu job and he was kind enough to quote on the spot and finish the job.

    Leaking toilet from main floor to basement

    Amazing, cost effective, speedy and friendly service. I would definitely recommend! Was fast to schedule and assess and fix the problem at a reasonable cost. Thank you Dima Plumbing :)

    Faucet replacement

    John was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend him. He replaced a faucet in a rental property on short notice and picked the faucet up for me as well. His price was competitive and he accepted payment by e-transfer, which was convenient.

    toilet leak

    We noticed a small leak around the toilet in our guest washroom. We had used John before for a leaky pipe and we called him again. On the same day John and in a storm I may add he was able to come by. He provided us an estimate and was able to replace the seal very quickly. Honest and reliable. I would definitely use John again! Need to support more of our honest reliable small businesses!
