Dima and his apprentice were very talented and friendly guys. I had two faulty toilets and they fixed it within the hour. They were very efficient, and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I definitely would call him next time I have a plumbing issue.

I had a 30+ year old shower faucet that started leaking. I hired John to replace the faucet with a new one, and he and his apprentice did a great job. They were both professional, courteous and on-time for the appointment. I would recommend and hire John again for any future plumbing work required.

John and his assistant arrived on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use DIMA plumbing for any further plumbing issues that I may have.

I saw the glowing reviews here of John and his company and filled out the appointment form on his website. I also called him up. I needed the kitchen faucet repaired, since it was so loose that it was falling off. I also needed the water heater valve replaced, since the one we inherited when we moved into this home in the late summer had gone bad and was leaking. I noticed the basement washroom sink was not draining properly, which I found out was due to the stopper control being broken. Lastly, I needed an inspection of an outside water spout that had been installed a few months ago. We couldn't find the shutoff valve, which will come into play when we're in the dead of winter again and bursting pipes are a possibility. The kitchen faucet was repaired in literally 2 minutes. John did this for free for my first visit, which was greatly appreciated. The hot water heater valve needed a weld for its replacement, but didn't take long for him to do. A high quality lever was installed instead of the cheaper round variety. The basement washroom sink needed a new stopper control, which was also replaced quickly. John recommended that the drywall of our newly renovated room be opened up slightly to locate the pipe going to the outside spout, and install the shutoff valve. We will have this work done over the next few weeks, so it's out of mind when the winter hits again. We are all very happy with the work performed and wouldn't hesitate to call up John and Dima Plumbing again for any jobs needed in the future. Highly recommended!

After reading reviews here on homestars, have called John to get number of plumbing issues (sewer smell from kitchen sink, toilet fill valve replacement, faucet replacement in bathrooms etc). John was on site well before the appointment time and was absolutely professional in his approach. He explained very patiently, answered all my questions and at the end, very satisfied customer. He responded very quickly with a quote to supply and replace the expansion tank on my water heater. On the day of the appointment, John contacted me to advise that he was on his way. We were having two problems with water in our house - cold water in our shower and high water bill. For a household of two our water bill was close to $300 and that was worrying - must be water leakage somewhere. Not having worked with any plumber before, I looked to Homestars to read their reviews hoping to find a plumber who is reliable. I read the many good reviews of Dima Plumbing and decided to give them a call. On the phone, John already deciphered the cold water problem - the dip tube in the hot water tank must be broken. He suggested me to have it replaced. Since the tank is rented, Reliance took care of that and it was an easy solution. Upon John's visit to solve the water leakage problem, he was able to find the problem within 5 minutes - leakage from the water filter. It turned out that the automatic shut off was broken and water was continuously leaking from a small tube into the ground drain which I didn't even know exists. I am very impressed with John's knowledge and expertise. He helped me to solve two problems which had been bothering us for months. John is an absolute professional. I have already recommended him to one of my friends, and will continuous to do so if I hear anyone who unfortunately experiences water problem in their house.

John was quick to send me a reply with a quote and appointment time. His price was reasonable for a repair to a shower faucet that was leaking. He arrived a few minutes early to our scheduled appointment. John was polite and careful to protect the work area. He also took the time to check on a separate issue in a different shower and answer my questions. Shower faucet is working great! We will not hesitate to contact him again for plumbing service.
