    Shower and Toilet Repair

    An existing shower head pipe was cracked behind the wall in the bathroom, leaking water on the bathroom ceiling and in the walls. Instead of breaking the walls & ceiling, John figured out that only the pipe connection was the problem and replaced it with a quality one (metal), and so avoiding a lot of unnecessary work and a mess after that. He also replaced an old toilet shutoff valve which was old and leaking. His work comes with a warranty. All this, including testing the repairs, in only 1/2 hour - after coming exactly at the time of the appointment. He is also very clean, and very courteous and will provide valuable advice. I am very satisfied with John's work, and needless to say that he will be my first choice for any further plumbing issues.

    Drain Pipe Disconnect

    John from Dima Plumbing was very professional and courteous. His communication was great. John was very thorough in determining where the leak was coming from and he resolved the issue quickly and provided a warranty for his work. Highly recommend.

    basement leaking

    John arrived on time and very fast he was very professional, organized,clean and very fair. John diagnosed the problem and fixed it perfectly, i definitely recommend him. it also comes with warranty.

    Leaky toilet

    Like many people, we tried to fix the toilet ourselves - turns out we're not as handy as we thought. I called three plumbers. Two didn't bother to call back. John returned my call within an hour and showed up the next day. When he was going to be slightly late, he sent me a text to let me know. Within 10 minutes, he determined the problem and gave me two options. Get a new toilet or fix it. I opted for the later. John spent about an hour on the repair, including attaching the new toilet seat we bought from Home Depot (for free). John is everything you want in a plumber - competent, honest, and reliable. I will use him every time and you should too. Plumbing is no longer a category I have to browse on Homestars!

    Toilet leak

    We called John on a Sunday and left a message. He responded on that same day notwithstanding it was a weekend. He made arrangements to come the following day at a specific time and turned up promptly. The toilet was fixed to our satisfaction.

    Urgent repair of faucet that would not stop running

    Our tub faucet suddenly would not stop running. It was late at night and he gave us advice over the phone so that we could manage until the next day. He arrived very quickly the next day to repair th tub faucet and also did 2 other jobs repairing a toilet and fixing kitchen faucet as well. We were very happy with the service. John was very fair and professional. We will definitely call him in the future.

    Ice maker hook up

    Very professional and prompt! Arrived ahead of time! Inspects, proposes and implements agreed scope of work in no time wasted. Parts/component used were of quality brands too. I was expecting just plastic tubing but was surprised that he was installing copper tubes. Will highly recommend to friends and acquaintances. Will not hesitate to use again for my next plumbing needs. Thanks!

    Picky customer - Faucet Replacement - 10 Stars!

    Very satisfied with this service. John texted me to manage my expectations re: his arrival. Upon arrival he got to work and completed the job inside the agreed timeline. There were a couple of challenges that he managed without fuss or drama. Delighted to know that if I have plumbing issues I now know who to call! I don't impress easy - as noted in the title I am picky and have high expectations (which can often leave you disappointed). Thanks to Dima plumbing for exceeding them!

    faucet and drain for kitchen and laundary sink unit installd.

    Top quality very very good work call john before renovation you will be very happy. I had a bought a laundry sink and kitchen faucet 2-3 years ago and never had a chance to install it until now, and what a difference it made the rooms.

    Supply line leaking

    A friend of mine recommended John after he was very happy with the work John had done for him and I was happy to know there would be someone I could call in case I had a problem. Few days ago I had a supply line leaking and I called John. He came promptly, had all the parts needed and fixed it in half hour. I particularly liked that he also explained me why he fixed it in the way he did, which gave me a lot of confidence in the fix and showed that he is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend John and I’m very happy I found a plumber I can count on!
