    Various Plumbing Needs

    John Dima provided courteous, professional service and clear communication about the cost for each aspect of our plumbing job. He replaced our kitchen sink baskets which were leaking and of poor quality and of the wrong size. We are so happy to now have the use of both sides of our double sink again (and the space underneath)! He adjusted the faucet so it will no longer leak and firmly attached it to the base at the counter. He neatly reconfigured the plumbing from our water heater and installed a shut off for a humidifier line. He cleared a slow drain in our powder room. He also inspected the source of rotten egg smell and determined it is the washing machine and not a major issue with drains to snake or clean out. He quoted on the installation of water pressure powered sump pump back up and the installation of check valves for sump, which we will have him back to do in the warmer weather. I will recommend Dima Plumbing to neighbours and friends. he was conscious of what needed to be done and what was unnecessary. Thanks John!

    Furnace mounted humidifier - waterline repair

    Humidifer was installed with incorrect tie in (by another company) to hot water line and started leaking in basement. JOHN came next day and repaired in less than an hour. Was clean, corteous and profesional. Would recommend highly for any plumbing repairs or for new work.

    Kitchen and bathroom faucets - leaking

    "At last" we have found a plumber we can count on. John arrived promptly, was courteous and very neat and organized. Extremely Efficient! John is a master plumber, for sure! We define toy would recommend him, without reservation! Christina and Gordon

    Replace shut off valves

    John came by the same day we called him and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He was courteous, organized and took the time to do the job right. Very professional and would recommend him. He also helped hook up my washing machine as well - much appreciated!

    Toilets repair

    I tried replacing the fill valve from one of the toilet but after the replacement, water was leaking at the base of the water supply. Too tired to try figuring what is wrong. I looked up Home stars to find professional help. Called up John and he said he can be onsite the next day. Although John was held up at another site longer than he should, he came to fix up all my toilets in no time. What takes me few hours to replace, it took him 15 minutes! John is very polite and professional and I will recommend to to anyone. Thanks John!

    Sluggish drain

    I found Dimas Plumbing (John) on Homestars and called because of his excellent reviews. After dealing with him it is clear that his reviews are well-earned and authentic. He answered my call promptly and booked a visit for the next day even though it was not an emergency. He efficiently diagnosed our problem, corrected it and gave us advice on how to prevent a recurrence.

    Emergency Toilet Repair

    My daughter accidentally flushed an object down the toilet causing problems which we discovered the next day. I did some research on Homestars and decided to give DIMA Plumbing a call. John was very responsive in answering my call during the hectic holidays just after Boxing Day. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He told me he could be at my place in an hour and a half and showed up a few minutes early. We appreciated his promptness since there was only one toilet in the house. John diagnosed the problem and had our toilet back in order within 5 minutes. I would not hesitate to call this company again for any future plumbing needs. Very satisfied!

    Shut-off valves, new sink + faucet, ice/water line to fridge

    John is a true expert, perfectionist, professional, and master at what he does. John takes his time with precision and attentiveness that I've seen absent in several other trades. The most impressive is that John showed up on time, stayed on budget, and cleaned up after himself. I would not hesitate one second to hire John again or refer him to friends or family. John is an exceptional master plumber and tradesman in all facets. A+++

    plumbing in basement

    quick pre-holiday fix!

    We called Mr. Dima in a bit of a panic two days before Christmas Eve with a bathtub faucet streaming scalding water a a kitchen faucet that would not turn off and was leaking at the base. John was immediately reachable, booked a time the next morning and after texting him photos of the broken faucets he arrived with all the parts needed and was finished in about an hour. An awesome outcome right before the holidays. We will definitely call again for any future repairs!
