    Utility Sink

    John did an excellent job of removing an old utility sink and installing a new one in our laundry room. He was efficient, thorough, and friendly. The cabinet for the new sink was not as stable as he liked, so he took the time to secure it to the wall. Many others wouldn't have taken the time or made the effort to do so. When finished, John tested the system and made sure everything was cleaned-up. He is a true professional.

    Fix main water shutoff and install water filter with bypass system

    Based on the good reviews in Homestars, I decided to call John to replace my leaking main water shutoff and install a whole house water filter. John came on time just right after the city shutoff my main water valve outside. After he finished his job, he cleaned up the area nicely. His work was very professional and of good quality. I would definitely use his service again and recommend to others for any plumbing work.

    bathroom

    This is the 2nd times I used his service. John has always been very professional - he is always on time and performed in a very professional manner. I wish all trades people can learn from him. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

    New toilet, kitchen faucet, etc.

    John was very professional in his approach from the start, from confirming times agreed to a thorough clean-up to finish. He explained the reasons we had problems, and followed up by solving them efficiently. We will definitely use him again when the need arises.

    Replace kitchen water valves, extend pipes, replace faucet

    Professional, reliable, efficient and knowledgeable. John responded promptly to our phone call, did the job well with no surprises. His rates were reasonable. I would highly recommend him and I would definitely use him again. He also leaves no mess behind. Thank you.

    Salon Shampoo Hose Repair

    John provided great service. He was prompt to reply to service call, was neat and did the job as required. On the recommendation of my sister, I contacted him by text late in the evening when my hose for my main salon sink exploded. By early the next morning he replied to my text saying he would be available at 10:30. Part was a special order so he left and came back and repaired the sink by 2:30 the same day. Highly recommend. He warranties the job for 90 days too! Very polite and professional. Thank you John.

    Backflow Prevention Device Installation

    We had to install a backflow preventor device as per the city in our office building. John was the first plumber to come by and provide a quote. We met with 4 other plumbers but went with John because he was the first to show-up and felt confident with his abilities based on reviews here. He also had the sharpest quote. He did everything from getting the permit and installing it. He's courteous, clean and does a great job! If we ever have any plumbing issues, he will definitely be my first call.

    Inside Shutoff Valve Leaking and Washroom Tap Faucet Leaking

    John came exactly on Time (I was surprised by his commitment on Punctuality), then quickly analysed the situation. Identified the problem within seconds, Changed the Inside Shutoff Valve (as its leaking) and Washroom Tap (Leaky) Faucet. Also Recommended to change the Outside Hose Tap Valve which I did immediately on his suggestion. He is very Humble & Professional. Iam very much Impressed. Thank you John.

    Kitchen sink leakage and drain problem

    Mr. Dima provided prompt service, expertise and high quality job! I am very statisfied and would reccomme​​nd him and use him again. I liked his logical approach to problem solving and the fact that he is very considerate and clean.

    Toilet Installation/replacement

    Replaced 3 toilets and replaced each accompanying valve and supply. John was one of the first people that I called as I didn't have a reliable plumber. He gave a reasonable quote and was her on time for our scheduled date. Worked efficiently and was a pure professional throughout. My go to plumber going forward.
