    Kitchen Sink Clog

    My kitchen sink was completely clogged on the Friday leading into the Thanksgiving weekend. A friend recommended John so I called, thinking it would be a miracle if I could get this problem fixed before I had to start cooking for family. John came that same day (calling just before he arrived to let me know he was on his way). He assessed the problem, told me what I needed and what each service/part would cost (and it was reasonable). He had my sink working again quickly. He explained the problem to me and showed me how to avoid it happening again, which I REALLY appreciated. John was professional and efficient and I will not hesitate to call him again.     Kitchen plumbing upgrade&clog removal

    John provided consultation via phone 1st. He was clear on price and was able to provide free quote via phone. Having called dozen of plumbers before calling him and having insane/expensive prices named, John gave me half an average price! Came exactly on time we agreed to. Second in second! Clean and fast job done, warranty and receipt provided! I am absolutely satisfied!

    General Plumbing Repairs - Leaking Toilets and Faucets

    John was fantastic from the first call. I initially messaged him regarding some plumbing problems I was experiencing in my home: an upstairs toilet was leaking onto the kitchen below, another was not refilling correctly, and a leaky bathroom faucet to top it all off. He called back promptly and set up a meeting for the next day. He was quick to diagnose each problem area while explaining what work needed to be completed as well as pricing. John was a consummate professional professional through the repairs and I would not hesitate to call upon his services if needed in the future.

    Great Service/Expert Knowledge

    John was great from the first phone call. He arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner, explained the work done and was clear on cost. Definitely 10!

    Prompt and professional

    I messaged Dima Plumbing about what I thought was a plumbing issue, and received a response right away with some specific advice and potential solutions to my problem. John Dima came out to see me within a couple of days, setting a clear time in advance and following up to let me know exactly when I could expect him. He was punctual, tidy, and efficient. He helped me troubleshoot the source of the problem, carefully and methodically going through each possible issue. Turns out my "plumbing problem" was a dead rat tucked behind the pipes -- John didn't bat an eye as he extracted it! A true professional! He also offered to replace some corroded pipes under the sink, which he did quickly and efficiently. Now I am dead-rat-free and have shiny new sink piping that isn't full of crud. Money well spent! I would definitely be happy to use Dima Plumbing again! Thanks so much John! :)

    Plumbing our basement apartment

    I searched all over the internet for a Plumber, and I was very lucky to have found John. I requested he attend our house to plumb a basement apartment we recently had renovated. I am NOT disappointed. John told us exactly what the cost was, exactly what he had to do, and exactly when the job would be completed. John is polite, honest, and professional. I can truly say if you hire Dima Plumbing, you will NOT be disappointed! 3 years later and we're still happy! Thanks a million John Dima.

    Plumbing

    We have used John 2 or 3 times now to fix different plumbing problems we have had. He has always been able to come quickly, fix all of our issues and his rates are very fair.

    Bathroom Shower Leak

    I asked Mr. Dima to examine the cause for leaking showers in my house and repair two toilets that were running on incessantly. He told me the leaks were caused by broken tiles and old caulking that need to be repaired (no charge for the advice). He also fixed both toilets with new internals for $200. I was fully satisfied with his work.

    Replace toilet mechanism

    John was very responsive, and arrived to my place as planned. He is very polite, efficient and professional. Within very short time our toilet was fixed, another faucet was fixed "on his way out" and the areas where he worked was nice and clean. I highly recommend using Mr Dima for any plumbing needs.

    dishwasher installation

    I moved in to a brand new , we needed. Waterline ran through the basement up into the kitchen, somethibg that most plumbers said the cannot do. John came in right on time and did an Amazing job, clean, proffesional. I am extremly satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone asking! Thank you john!
