We had quite a bit of plumbing work to do. We had leaks from upstairs into the main floor and laundry into the basement. I had 2 plumbers for estimates, they didnt really look properly and one said I would need replace the original bone bathtubs and maybe the mainfloor ceiling would need to be cut, to see where it was leaking from. I read reviews on homestars and decided to give Dima plumbing a try. John came and looked at everything, he said "oh its just the bathtub shower faucet" I said are you sure ? You dont need to remove bathtub ? He said no. He came across as down to earth and honest, he didnt try to "up sell me or make the problem sound worse than it was" he gave me a reasonable price and I gave him the go ahead. He came in for 2 days and didnt stop all day, He fitted 3 new toilets, repaired 2 toilets, fitted 2 new basins and faucets etc. Repaired one shower faucet and replaced the other. He was correct it was the shower faucet valve behind the wall causing the leak whent the showers were used. He left the place tidy and put the old toilets at the curbside for me. Im very satisfied with his work ethic and honesty and highly recommend him

From initial request to project completion, the John was quick in responding, fast in solving the issue and was able fix the issue on the spot. The entire appointment from diagnostic to solve was 30 mins. Dynamite service.

John came highly recommended by my neighbours that recently had John to complete some plumbing work . I called John and asked him to come to inspect Kitchen drains and snake the drain if required. I was very pleased and impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he shared the information with me as he worked. I certainly will call John for any future plumbing concerns.

Recently moved and wanted to replace both toilets that looked not only old but seemed to leak. Called John since he has done work for me in the past and never had issues afterwards. After I purchased new ones, he was able to come the next day and installed both toilets flawlessly. As always, he was prompt, very professional and did an excellent job. Will definitely call him again if I ever need a plumber. Keep up the great work John, and will no doubt recommend you to all my family and friends.

John arrived promptly at the appointed time. He took a look at the problem, explained what needed to be done, and told me the cost and I agreed. Then he fixed the problem. We had another problem that he tried to diagnose but we couldn't reproduce it, so he gave me suggestions on troubleshooting the problem myself and to call him again if needed. The cost was very reasonable for Toronto. I was very happy with John's work and will call on him again for future work.

I had a leak and could not close the main shut-off valve in my house. John came the same day to replace the valve. He also replaced my water-heater shut-off valve and installed a water line for my new fridge on the spot. I was very happy with his professional demeanor and quick service. Would definitely use him again.

I first met John when I asked him to assist me with the installation of my bathtub, and he was excellent. Not only was the work completed perfectly, it was done so during the time possible and for the agreed cost - even with having to work in the evening. I recently contacted John to install a back-flow preventer and he was completely knowledgeable in what had to be done with respect to arranging for the permit and the flawless installation. John is professional, honest and priced fairly. I highly recommend John to anyone requiring the use of a professional plumber.
