    reconnecting sink

    After installing new kitchen we need to reconnect sink. John provided quick and professional service. went extra mile to fix surrounding issues. very reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Definitely, will keep his card in my wallet. Thanks

    Clogged tub. Who do you call? John CLOGBUSTER!!!

    John Dima has been my plumber for years. He is very professional, always comes on time and gets the job done very well. If you want no hassle and have a positive experience, any plumbing job he can surely handle ..Highly recommended!

    Shower Faucet Controls Replacement + Leaky Toilet Repair

    I had a leaky spout in the shower and a leaking rear-discharge toilet. I received quotes from two different plumbers--including John, and John's was the most reasonable. In fact, a few days ago, I had gotten another leaking toilet fixed for 3x as much as what John was charging for the exact same repair.... John was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. You can really see his ~25 years of service demonstrated in his work. I prefer to get independent trades workers instead of referring to a large corporation due to economical cost savings--the bigger guys need to pay themselves, and the employee; whereas with independent workers like John, you get a lower rate. I'm expecting more plumbing-related projects moving forward. From my experience with John, I think I'll become a regular. In addition to fixing the two major problems I had (leaky spout and leaky toilet), John sealed up another toilet with silicone for free, fixed a drainage issue in another toilet, and repaired a leaky showerhead at no charge. Happy I found John, and will hire him again for future projects. Thank you.

    Plumbing - Shower Valve Replacement

    I highly recommend John. I have had John to my house for various plumbing service and have been completely satisfied with his exceptional work. Most recently my shower valve failed and I needed a prompt repair or replacement. Speaking with John by phone, he explained the options and scheduled a visit following morning. He showed up on time and efficiently finished the job as usual. He didn't forget to check other faucets too. I have referred and would refer him to my friends who need work done. Thank you.

    excellent service, job well done

    Pipes leading from the kitchen sink to the basement was blocked, water in the kitchen sink would not drain at all. John showed me the pipes and what caused the blockage, and he explained what had to be done. Very happy with the job, and it was done right. I highly recommend Dima Plumbing.

    Professional and Personable Plumbing Repair

    John came by for a same-day repair on a corroded kitchen sink trap, and I was thoroughly impressed. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and thorough, and took great care to keep things clean and tidy. He even went above and beyond, correcting a faucet that had been installed backward years ago by someone else, at no charge! I would not hesitate to recommend DIMA Plumbing to any of my friends, and will definitely be keeping his number handy for future plumbing needs!

    Re-connect sink and dishwasher and install new faucet and shut off valves

    We are doing a minor renovation on our kitchen, changing out counters and backsplash and installing new sink and faucet. I was able to do all the disconnecting myself but installation required a professional because the sink was in a different location than before. John was able to come the same day I called and did all the work quickly, explaining exactly what and why he was doing something. He tested everything to make sure there were no problems and left everything cleaner than it was when he started. He did a great job.

    install of new bathroom faucet and repairing pipes

    Our faucet in the bathroom was at the end of its life and there was corrosion on pipe fittings below in both the bathroom and kitchen. John was very punctual, as he arrived at the house exactly when he said he would. He communicated what the work would cost and we felt comfortable with him. He was clearly a seasoned pro and was clean and neat. I would certainly use his services again and recommend him to others.

    Great job, basement plumbing

    During my basement finishing it took me a while to find a good yet affordable plumber and I am very glad I found John. His price was great, he came three times, did a great job (full bathroom + wet bar) and I definitely would recommend his services to friends. Thank you John.

    Badly clogged drain

    My kitchen sink was out of life. The drain got down to a stand still. I tried a few tricks, snaking, got it myself to about 3 meters of snake, no luck. Then I called a plumber from another company, big company.. the guy tried hard himself a few hours and it is a respectable guy with lots of experience. No luck either, he didn't even charge me nothing. As a last resort, before breaking walls, I asked John for a second opinion. He is super well equipped, drain inspection camera and all. He did it. I can't begin to tell you how good it feels, and my walls are intact. Cheers John! PS> last but not least, John has an engineer diploma from overseas, and it shows in the way he deals with the issues
