    The cheapest control board repair ever

    This is a fantastic repair of my dishwasher control board. I've never expacted such a low price. Thumbs up! Alex came prepared with a spare part and on time. Call Them!

    Get charged visit fee twice due to technician's error

    My dishwasher broke due to a broken cable connector (my fault, I tried to replace the detergent dispenser) , technician came, quoted me 200 parts + 200 labor, told him to go ahead, coming back a week later with the wrong cable, now told me need to replace the whole control unit (>450), which I declined and got a new dishwasher. Eventually received 16 dollars refund out of 200 deposit (citing some none existence work thus has to charge me 2 x visit fee ). Stay away, the dishonest technician quotes you with highest parts price and it takes 3 weeks and 5 calls to be told that's the story. :-( The only star are for the technical support line ladies since they are always friendly.

    Very Pricey

    Placed a service call to have dryer repaired. Looked at dryer very quickly and determined it was the belt pulley. I was quoted $162 for the replacement part that had to be ordered and $265 for the labor plus tax. I thought it was expensive but didn't want to buy a new dryer. The part is available online for $25 on Amazon.ca (Whirlpool W10547292 Idler Pulley) It took less then 20 minutes to fix which essentially makes the service call $795 per hour and I had to put the washer and dryer back in place and level again. They certainly know what they are doing but you'll pay heftily for it.

    Not trustworthy - do not make any business with them

    Do not make any business with this company. They would send you an incompetent technician, will charge you for the visit and will ask you to order $$$ of parts without any testing of your equipment. Technician came, run a cleaning test, confirmed it is not working as supposed and asked my to buy hundreds of dollars of parts 'he thought I need". Without any disassembly, inspection or testing. After he left I googled the problem, cleaned the filters myself and the unit works like new. I am very upset with their service and will take the case to BBB and court if required.

    repaired fryer

    cheap and fast. I think those are the two words that best describe this service. Very satisfied, I have nothing more to add, count on my recommendation in case a neighbor or friend asks me

    amazing

    Thanks for fixing the oven. I must say that this service is very good, even amazing could I assure. I have always valued the friendliness of the customer service and the customer service of this company is quite friendly, in addition the technicians know very well what they do

    keep it up!

    Keep it up!! Excellent work!! My freezer works great. After 10 days with the damaged freezer, today I can finally have ice in my house without having to go outside to buy it

    My aunt and my oven

    My aunt is a very old person, she did not look good and damaged the oven while cooking. I know it was accidental, but I am too upset about it. The kitchen works again thanks to you, I will try to keep my aunt away from the oven

    washer & dryer

    my washer/dryer had a problem with the thermostat. I thought it would be something serious but you repaired it easily. Even you did see the repair as something easy to do hahah

    congratulations for this service
