    A bit deceiving

    I wish I would have asked more questions before using their service. The information they give up front isnt clear. When I called, they told me I could pay by credit card but neglected to say there would be a 3% added fee to do so (which is bulked with taxes for some reason). The technician told me work was guaranteed for 1 year but then the electronic bill I received says it’s only under warranty for 30 days. Work took 20mins (remove a gasket from door to stop a leak) and it cost 265$ so beware if you are price shopping. Based on other reviews and complaints made to the consumer board, I’m just hoping my dishwasher is actually fixed.

    Positive review

    I was lucky to find Express Appliance Repair on the Internet when my washing machine broke. I noticed that they received a lot of positive reviews and decided to order them. My washer is working properly and I'm very satisfied with them.

    Hats off

    The stove stopped working after a power outage. I called them and they came the same day as advertised on their website. Hats off to them for the excellent service.

    Samsung dryer repair

    Some breakage occurred to my dryer and I needed a firm and quick repair, so I decided to order this guy and it seems to be a great idea. The repair was provided the same day and I see that everything works efficiently.

    Good company

    Once one of my friends had ordered these guys for dryer repair and was very satisfied. When I faced my own crash with washer, discovered that they make this kind of repairs too. I called them without hesitation and received my machine in perfect condition. This is a good company.

    Washer repair

    These days got the troubles with my old good washer and decided to order Express Repair for immediate help. They arrived at my place and made a repair the same day and as I can see washer is working properly without any other troubles.

    Good service

    Hey, want to share my impression about Express Appliance Repair. Had a malfunction of the control panel of Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. The extremely pleasant and professional repairman arrived the same day and replaced not working panel. Seems to work well now. Very satisfied with their service.

    Stove repair

    Good and reliable service. They provided repair for my stove the same day I called and didn't charge much for it if to compare with other companies. Do not hesitate to order them or not.

    Good job

    Recently had a problem with dishwasher control board and my friend suggested to order Express Appliance Repair for repair at home. The process wasn't messy or costly. This company knows what they do. If you have any breakdown of Samsung dishwasher, I will be sure that they'll be able to fix it.
