    Great service

    Great service , high quality people. Fixed the problem in a few minutes and took a great and low price for the job! Also explained the problem to me and provided tips how to avoid the problem again ! Just great!

    Do NOT use this company!! Overpriced and poor service

    Dishwasher wasn't draining so we called Express. Told $79 service fee would be waived if we proceeded with the repair, and $25 off the total if we proceeded. Guy spent half an hour "diagnosing the problem", although I had told him we had already cleaned out the pump. After an hour, he announced he was finished. I asked what he'd done, he said he cleaned the drain hose. For one hour, he charged me $300, even (supposedly) after they'd taken the $25 off. I asked about the warranty for the repair - NONE. It was only then that I checked the reviews on yelp and others to find out what a TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE company this is. OVERPRICED, LOUSY TECHNICIAN, NO WARRANTY - Can't think of three things I want less in a repair. Find someone else to do your work.

    Stay away from this company!

    I spent $500 to repair the heating element on my dryer. 60 days later it did not work. The company said that the 30 day warranty did not cover the issue so I would have to pay for another service call.

    Great repair

    I needed an urgent repair of my washing machine, so I called Express Appliance Repair and was pleasantly surprised that the repairman arrived immediately. Thank you so much for your fast work, it was very important in my case. The work was done perfectly!

    High-quality service

    My fridge broke. I started looking for someone who could fix it, but there was nothing. Although the breakdown did not seem to be very serious, every service refused. My friends recommended this company. I ordered them, the repairman arrived, they did everything just super. I'm satisfied.

    Recommend

    Suddenly the lock stopped working and the washer was not closing. I left the booking on their website and right after that received the call with confirmation. The same day the problem was quickly found and the repair was finished within an hour.

    Good service

    I contacted Express Appliance Repair for oven repair, my appliance was quickly fixed. The problem was with heating, as there was a failure in the electronics. They gave me a 3-month guarantee and charged a reasonable price.

    Oven repair

    I would like to thank this service for quick and quality repair! The oven wasn't functioning for a long time. The repairman from Express Appliance Repair examined the entire oven and carefully checked everything, identified the malfunction, replaced the part and gave recommendations. I liked their prices and conditions. Thanks for quick and inexpensive repair.

    MIcrowave Repair

    Do not use. Incompetent, no follow up, deceitful. Had to show You tube video to repair man on how to fix microwave door. No, really, I had to show him how to fix it with a video! Regardless, he caused more damage. Complained to ‘express appliance’. Took several calls to get attention. Their customer service is terrible. Don’t waste time trying to reach and/or talk to Miche___. They promised a refund. It is now over two months. No refund. Stay clear unless you want grief. (UPDATE: company offered refund, only if i signed off on statement that was fictitious: stating how they tried to reach me several times to fix issue but i was unresponsive, ie ‘my fault for issue’. Bunch of hogwash). MY ADVICE: Stay clear

    Recommend them

    The fridge started working in a strange way and I called this company. They asked about the brand and other details. Then appointed the visit after their repair our fridge works like new again.
