    Dryer not starting

    Technician spent approx 1 hour to diagnose and fix the dryer. Charged $180 for labour. And inflated the cost of the part needed. The tech left a fridge magnet and suggested that I call for future repairs. Will never use this company again!!!!!

    Washer repair

    Called at 9 am. Serviceman was here before lunch. Repair was made in a timely fashion. He was polite and appeared to have done a good job. I am totally satisfied.

    Roman was simply top notch

    Roman was great...came back the same day because “I was on his way home” instead of making me wait until Tuesday. $175 labor costly for 10 minutes though. Glad overall.

    Fridge

    The technician was here for about 30 minutes and charged $265 for labour the part cost only $65 He was efficient but overpriced I would not recommend this company I Should have checked around

    Worst company to deal with

    They were unable to repair/replace the control panel on my Whirlpool Washer over two week ago. The total cost they quoted was $600. I paid them an advance of $300 with the balance to be paid after the job was done. They failed and were to refund me $230 after deducting $70 for labour. Two weeks ago I called regarding the refund and was told that a cheque of $230 was mailed. Last week no cheques arrived so I called last night and was told that they would look into it and get back to me. No one called back. Today Sept. 25th I called them again at 2:30pm and was told by the girl there that she would let the Business Manager know and they would get back to me. It's now 9:11pm and no call. This company goes not keep to their word and are not truthful. I will never recommend them to anyone. The attached recipt proves my case. I want the Business Manager to call me as soon as possible.... no excuses

    ok service

    Repairing a washing machine gasket took over 4 hours. Unfortunately we now have a loud noise during the spin cycle so repair guy came back next day and all good. Be aware they charge an additional 3% for credit card use. Remember to ask for the $25 off coupon

    Steer Clear

    Express Repair is an extremely poor example of commitment to customer service and good business practices. After replacing the starter motor in our refrigerator, at a cost of almost $500, the machine stopped working completely. They did NOT advise the replaced part may not be the issue.as we would never have proceeded with the installation at that price for a 10+ year-old fridge. Express Repair retuned the next day only to advise that now their diagnostic showed that the compressor was done and a replacement would cost $800+. We declined this install and asked for a refund on the previous installation and asked for a refund. Alex advised we would need to speak with his "supervisor", IGOR. After two telephone calls IGOR has not contacted us. Interestingly, when a separate repair company took a look at the fridge, they advised the starter motor was.....MISSING. Seems we paid $500 to either install a dud or to not install anything from the get-go. Disputes launched with our credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. More to come. Steer clear, folks. Tried to grade zero starts, but you can't.....

    Bosch dishwasher repair

    Tech showed up late. Did not diagnose the problem as advertised but fixed it instead and gave me an inflated price. The part he put in was 50 on parrsselect.com he asked 180 for it plus 180 labor. Told him this was ridiculous and ended up paying 280. Thought this company would be a cheaper alternative than the manufacturer Bocsh as they would charge 130 for the labor. This place ended up being more expansive with way worse service. Next time going with manufacturer .technician.

    dishwasher

    Worst experience ever, the repair guy couldn't diagnose the problem, he just kept buying more parts and putting them in and trying to charge me. He also bent the dishwasher door and denied it. After the 4th visit he said he could not fix the dishwasher and wanted to take all the parts out and refund my money and leave me with a broken dishwasher. The 100 percent satisfaction guarantee is a complete fake. Now they are trying to charge me for parts that didn't fix the problem. He took out my good parts and replaced them and it didn't fix anything and now thinks he can charge me for them after he took my perfectly good parts. do not call this company !!!

    HORRIBLE to Deal With...

    We called Express Repair to diagnose and repair a Bosch dishwasher that wasn't fully draining. In mid-July, we paid $79 cash to the technician, for the service call. The technician then incorrectly diagnosed the cause as being that the moor needed replacement. After spending an additional $360.46 on July 28th (for a total of $439.46) to replace the motor, the dishwasher still didn't drain! The technician returned, and told us that the machine would need a new electronic board / As that would be as costly as buying a new machine we deciding against replacing the board. At the end of July, were told that all but the initial call-in fee would be refunded to us (refund would be $360.46)... After SEVERAL calls to the company, $224.50 of the $360.46 was finally refunded on August 17th. ...As at August 30th, the remaining $135.96 still has not been refunded!! I have made several calls to the company, most of which are disconnected. I have emailed, but have not received replies, and I have asked that a manager call me to follow up, and despite promises, this never happens. I am totally frustrated / I should not feel like a bill collector!
