We had to replace the element in our built in oven. I was concerned about damage to the kitchen so hired a contractor. They did great work! Fixed it professionally, timely, and with care.

The appliance technician fixed the door lock for the washer and it fixed it right away!

I called feb 27th and they came that day. Roman our tech called to see if he could come early and of course I said yes. He showed up at the time he said he would and got right to work. He worked fast and efficiently. He had our fridge and washer fixed and out of our house in about 45 minutes. Our fridge was leaking and it turned out to be a blocked drain. Then he went to the washer that we had called another company to fix as it was leaking too and they said it just needed to be cleaned. Roman took the back off and turned the washer on and in a matter of seconds he whipped off the top of the washer and found the problem. I don’t remember what the piece is called but it hooks up to the water and it was all rusted and water was dripping from it as the washer was running. He fixed it right away and made sure it wasn’t leaking anymore. He was a very nice man and I would surely ask for him if I ever need anything again. Thank you Roman for a job well done!

Monday February 19th, 2018 My laundry machine started making a strange grinding noise with a little water leakage. With a newborn baby and weeks of laundry to be done, I needed a repair person ASAP to resolve this issue. I called Express Repair after finding them on Google. Within an hour a repair man had arrived. He opened up my laundry machine. He did a quick scan of the inside of my washer with a flashlight. He tapped a few parts with the end of his screwdriver and attempted to run a wash cycle once or twice. It was through this "extensive testing" that he concluded that 1) The Main drain system is faulty and need to be replaced. 2) The Motor pulley system is fault and needs to be replaced. I was quoted for a $645 job to have all of this repair work done, and if I was lucky, it might be done by the end of the week. I was not convinced that his diagnostics methods were honest. I asked if there was a quicker, more affordable solution. He insisted that this was a big job that required parts and a lot of labor. I politely asked him to leave my home as I would likely replace my entire unit for $1,000 than pay $645 for a repair. Once he left, I did a quick YouTube search for common washer problems. I was able to take a part the drainage pump and found my baby's newborn sock which was blocking the pump. Once the sock was removed, my machine worked like new again. I spent $91.64 for someone to come in, open the washer and give me a dishonest quote. I'd like a full refund as I was able to resolve the issue after watching a 12 minute video on YouTube. Thank you.

The machine didn’t work and now it does. I called a number - repair man arrived that day. Just as easy as that.

We first hired Express Repair to fix our drier. They did an awesome job so we brought them back to do our washer. We knew it would be expensive but still cheaper than buying new ones. Good friendly service. Polite serviceman. Neat & tidy. My 1 1/2 year old dishwasher broke. It required an expensive part. It is now fixed. He came on time and called before he arrived.

Great company, extremely helpful. Were able to source the hard to find the part for our fridge. Qxbeg, the service technician was very professional, polite and went beyond his call of duty to explain us the problem. Originally, we thought repair would be over $1500.00. Finally it cost us less then half of the original quoted price. Very honest. I highly recommend them to all. They will definitely be servicing all our appliances in future
