Roman came the same day I called for getting my dryer fixed. He ordered the parts that were required to fix my dryer and came the very next week and fixed it! Very professional service!

Tech said it would take 1 and half hour to 1 hour and 40 minutes and charge me $200.00 plus the part I thought that would be fine. So I said go ahead and do it. Then he went and repaired in under 30 minutes and still charged me the $200.00. I did not appreciate that

Micheal the technician arrived at promised time. Pulled dishwasher out and immediately identified the problem. After some checking he determined it was a pressure tune that needed cleaning. Cleaned, reinstalled and ran dishwasher through cycle. It now works.

Called Express to come and fix my dishwasher. Rep came and explained it needed a new part. Work and part would cost approx. $750.00. Was very alarmed by the high cost, but agreed as he insisted. Sent a text to rep shortly after asking if it would make more sense to just get a new dishwasher. He never replied. Rep came back one week later to install new part. Within a few days dishwasher wasn't working. Rep came back and was there total of 10 mins and said should be fixed but to call if not. Dishwasher not work immediately after he left but despite calling him and being told he'd be back, he never came back. Was then told his manager would call me and that never happened. Called and was told several times I'd get a call back and never happened over a period of two weeks. Only once I found managers number on this site through other complaints, was I able to get in touch with him. He agreed to give me back a portion of what I paid eventually. Told me if I signed a release he would credit my credit card immediately. Have since rec'd my cc statement and NO refund. Manager told me he'd look into it and have not heard from him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not know how to repair appliances, charge unreasonable fees for work not done properly, don't return calls to customers and are completely dishonest.

Román was very professional , called in advance to let us know his estimated time of arrival. He did all work in a very professional way and showed his expertise. Highly recommended to anyone.

My 8 year-old dishwasher leaked in mid-January and caused damage to my hardwood floor and basement. Faulty part was replaced efficiently and I got answers to all my questions. Thank you.
