My AEG washer was having problem and after doing some research, I decided to go with Express Repair Alliances. The repairman came on time, within the the given time range. He was professional and was able to give me his diagnosis. I have decided to go ahead with repairing my washer with this company and hopefully the actual repair will be as good as the first experience.

Was told call would be $79, billed me $89++. Technician that they sent wasn’t knowledgeable at all. Spent 15 mins here, once I realized this was over his head basically ended the call as I didn’t trust him to work any further on my machine. A complete waste of $103 total with 3% service charge for using credit card and tax. Never again

The price seems very high. But it’s very hard to get a comparison. Once the problem was diagnosed I had to pay half the full cost - so I was fully committed at this pint. One of the electric panels needed replacing. However compared to a previous company I have used the appointment was super easy to make, I was scheduled for the next day and was able to speak directly with an assistant to make my appointments. Not so with the company that Samsung give out as their authorized dealer. I was given a $20 discount if I filled out this page. The technician was standing right over me when I was filling it out - just so happened that I left a field blank so was able to continue writing this after he left. This means that all the stars are given under duress. I have no complaints at all - everything was smooth, professional and timely - just the price seemed very high and giving a rating with the technician standing on top of me is highly problematic .

Artiom came over and diagnosed the issue in 10 seconds! A small item was stuck in the drain pump, which clogged the machine. Initially the clothes were stuck with water in the machine, but he removed the small item and drained the water. I would recommend Express Repair to anyone.

I called for service on my washing machine. They responded right away and a repairman came the very next day. Service was quick and efficient. The repairman was honest about pricing and therefore we were able to make an informed decision regarding whether to have the machine repaired versus purchasing a new washer.

We had an overall positive experience with this company. The person booking the appointment was easy to deal with and I was able to make an appointment within a day, which was great. The technician who came to look at our dishwasher was a bit later then the time window we were given, but was friendly and knowledgeable upon arrival. He knew the part that was needed to fix our dishwasher door handle, and did try to find a piece for us instead of having to order it, but in the end had to order a new piece. He returned to our house in a few days, as soon as he was able to get the part, and came first thing in the morning to install it for us. He also gave some great tips on dishwasher maintenance. The cost of the part/fix was expensive but it was worth it to get our dishwasher back to working perfectly. I would call this company again to fix the dishwasher.
